My teaching approach is based on the concept of communicative competence which aims that students, by the end of a language level, be able to perform well in a real language setting. I give priority to the student's interests and needs, so the classes can be meaningful for each learner.
The first step will be to get to know each other, establish empathy and a friendly learning enviroment. The main goal will be to have fun! - I believe, and studies have shown, that this is the best way to learn. Sessions will have a pre-determined but flexible structure, in which the student can anticipate tasks.
I usually teach my lesson using task based approaches, always giving priority to the student's interests and learning needs. I designed my student's learning process based on the notion of the communicative competence, briefly defined as the capacity of the student to use the language in context.
My teaching method is focused on Backward Design, which means that the classes are planned based on the student's learning objectives. I implement this method by creating an interactive learning environment, where the main goal is for the student to feel comfortable and confident while expressing in spanish.
I am an outgoing, patient and perfectionist teacher.I base my classes on the conversation because I think its the best way to learn Spanish.I choose a conversation topic and I add vocabulary, grammar and writing. I prefer that my students read in their free times and when they finish the book or magazine, I like that they give me a resume of that.
My teaching methodology is learning by doing. In my lesson I apply different language approaches for learning a foreign language such as communicative approach, task-based approach, Total physical response (TPR).
I base my class in interacting with students so that they can become more fluent. At the same time, I consider it very important to learn how to write good essays and understand the Spanish grammar. Of course, learning a wide variety of vocabulary is also one of the main points.
During my years in Buenos Aires, not only I learned how to teach but also how to do it with holistic, creative, learning activities. Moreover, I'm a music and art enthusiast and I usually include these as teaching tools.
To help my lessons I use methods and instructional material from "Instituto Cervantes", I teach the student grammar and how write it, but also I put emphasis on comunication skills, expresions and a little on Spanish culture to immerse the student in the real language.
• I have an Advance level of fluency both in English and Spanish. This allows me to be in a better position to understand and solve the difficulties and issues that students may have. • Use of technological tools (computer aided teaching tools, laboratories, etc.) to reinforce and complement teaching. • Good planning, organisation and time management skills.
I know how discouraging learning a foreign language can be. That's why I always use learning methods that are enjoyable and engaging, combining theory with games and real-life situations in which what we learnt can be applied. I always adapt the lessons to the progress and necessities of the students, either with a focus on speaking (both formal and informal), vocabulary, grammar and/or writting.
My teaching method is based on speaking and grammar.
My teaching method is making bite sized but complete lessons that inspire and motivate the learner to gain knowledge in an entertaining way!
My classes are perfect for someone that doesn't understand a word of Spanish and wants to learn, or for someone that speaks a little bit and would like to have conversations in Spanish to be more fluently and learn new vocabulary.
My methodology is creative, giving importance to the topics and to the participation of the students. The comprehension and clarification of the themes through visual, written and reading tools. I was guided in the research methodology, where it is important that each student look for sources of references and share opinions through theories.
My lessons are based on a communicative approach.
I try to make my lessons interesting. When the student feels motivate and positive. I combinate grammatic, reading, listening and speaking lessons. Sometimes is so boring only study grammatic as an oldfashioned school. I use material like videos and audios on interesting topics. Is very important to me that my student feel confident whit me. In that way, they can ask any question.
My teaching method is practical, adjusted to requirements like academic, casual or standard, at any level.
I base my classes depending on what would you like to learn. If you want to learn Spanish to travel will focus on travel vocabulary and constructions but starting with the basics. I think is very important to talk and reach an agreement on how you would love to learn and start from there onwards.
My teaching method is based on providing students the grammar structure and important vocabulary for specific topics according to their level of knowledge. And reinforcing this new ideas with fun exercises, videos, quizzes and activities to test them and improve their understanding and commitment.
My teaching method is: Learning words that spell, sound and mean the same in English and Spanish. This gives students an incentive to learn more and faster. Also, I like to use songs to teach. Everyone likes to sing, right? Writing short stories. Conversations, a bit of class-drama for fun.
I have extensive experience in teaching with great results. My way is always based on the motivation of the students, which allows me to do the dynamic classes as possible at the same time as they can learn.
In general, each class is divided into two parts: in the first stage a conversation is established according to the topics that the student expressed interest, and about which I as a teacher must be previously informed, and then dynamic activities are proposed according to the Spanish level of each person.
I like to tailor my classes to each person depending on what they would like to achieve with their Spanish. My first lesson usually consists of understanding what is your previous knowledge and what are the main areas you would like to focus on. I also like to know what are the ways you like to learn or find it easier to retain information.
I apply a communicative approach. This means that lessons are marked by interaction and meaningful communication at a customised pace for all ages and student's specific purposes.
My lessons are suitable for those who want to improve their spoken and written spanish. Mainly beginners and intermediate students. I have deep knowledge of the language and can help with vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. My teaching methods are focused on understanding the needs of the students, first of all, and then develop methods and exercises in order to let them improve.
My lessons are geared toward the students who want to start learning Spanish from scratch(for any purpose) or who have Spanish as foreign language in their curriculum. The lesson structure will be - 1. Importance of Spanish 2. Alphabets 3. Numbers 4. Seasons, Months & Days of the week. 5. How to say time in Spanish! 6. Daily greetings. 7. I am a Spanish Teacher who loves to teach and do that the learning be a moment to enjoy, leave the stress of everyday, and learning a new language. I like to adjust the lessons to the needs of the person then the student will be the focus of learning. I am always looking for new materials to do the teaching-learning process the most enjoyable possible.
Mis clases siempre se adaptan a las necesidades del estudiante, tanto en contenido como en horarios. En la primesa clase me gusta conocer al estudiante, saber cual es su nivel y cuales son sus objetivos con respecto al español. Después de eso, intento organizar clases amenas y dinámicas en las que el estudiante pueda sentirse cómodo y motivado aprendiendo.
