I got a bachelor of music degree in China, and so far i have 7 years vocal coach ,piano, and music theory teaching experience in China . I am postgraduate student from Conservatory of music in University of Tasmania now.
Each student comes into music at different levels, and develops their musicality at different rates. My process is to question, listen, assess, direct, and always encourage.
My teaching method is that no shouting and no enduring! First, soften our throat! Not stretch it! I'm sure it works!
My teaching methodology is working on what a client is most comfortable with the building up to it step by step, I use fun and easy ways to keep the lesson hype
i teach through practice and activity with minimal theory because nobody likes theory and if you do then you’re WEIRD.
My teaching method is smooth and easy to adapt. I make my lessons interesting and specific to an individuals preference. I start with vocal exercises to warm up and help you learn songs you love to sing.
My teaching method involves a reward based system, keeping students happy, relaxed, and enjoying themselves. I teach my student so that they learn conceptually while having fun, rather than aimlessly memorise facts. I have found that this method results in better outcomes for students in the short and long term.
Voice coaching for everyone. Lessons are designed individually and tailored to each student. SKYPE lessons only as I am fully booked with home visits. Fun and professional lessons! About me - Bachelor of Music Education with stage and teaching experience. Passionate about performance and mentoring.
My teaching method is designed to cater to each individual student. Flexibility is key and I understand the importance of moulding the lesson around the students creative desires and experience. As I am a cross-genre musician, I offer a wide range of study areas to students of all ages.
My teaching method differs on the needs of the students. Starting with vocal exercises to warm up the larynx, I will then go through various songs and provide positive and constructive feedback, formulate plans for achieving their vocal goals and teach stage fright strategies and performance techniques.
Music comes from within, I encourage this natural development through play and understanding skills development. Trust in ourselves, and developing joy in music is my goal.
my teaching methods are a mixture, i can be very tough but gentle depending on the age of my student, i am a perfectionist when dealing with assessed performances because i want to make sure my students get the best grade they possibly can
I am friendly, professional and creative in my teaching style. I love teaching. I usually work half half on technique and troubleshooting and on song and style development and tailor my lessons for each students personal goals and needs in liaison with them. I teach beginners to advanced.
I have a hands on approach. I don't believe you need to know the anatomy of the voice when beginning. I think it is important to just 'sing lots', to give the voice lots of use and to find ways to make it fun. To sing things we enjoy while finding ways to explore new ideas and challenges.
I tend to care to the students needs based off of what the students interests are. For example, some students may need a little bit of help with timing so I may use a clapping method whilst getting them to sing. I also go through different songs based off of the students preferences.
WHAT I COVER IN A LESSON: SINGING: - Work on your favourite songs - Work on your original songs - How and when to harmonize - Learn how to warm up effectively - Exercises to strengthen and protect your voice - Singing with emotion: When to project and when to hold back - Speaking on stage: How to introduce your songs SONGWRITING: I believe songwriting is very personal
My teaching philosophy is let students to be themselves , make everyone a confident , spontaneous learner by encouragement , mental support and creating interesting learning experience through processes of activities. With kids teach group lessons experience and 1 on 1 basis adult lessons experience with a kind , hard-working and friendly syllabus.
I use a combination of methods in my practice, depending on the genre I am teaching. These include elements of the Estill school- especially in music theatre and contemporary styles, with Accent Method and traditional Bel Canto techniques geared towards classical students. I encourage students to sing in a variety of styles and learn to adapt their techniques to become versatile performers.
I put vocal adequacy and capacity as a priority rather than music theory however, I believe that practicing and refining music theory knowledge aids one's true potential and adds to an individuals vocal and creative talent.
Development of a healthy technical foundation including breath management skills, body awareness and style appropriate vocal techniques as well as the skills required to perform. A fun and relaxed environment for all ages and levels of experience to learn and achieve personal goals.
I teach the Estille method of voice which places a large focus on the mechanical workings of the vocal chords and lungs. I also teach my students pieces of technique from other vocal practices. I am a firm believer in teaching correct vocal technique from a very early age.
My lessons will start with basic breathing techniques and warm ups, followed by working through a range of genres that the student is willing to dive into. This allows growth in techniques that are present in different genres. We work to have fun pieces, technical pieces and those we aim to perfect in the future. My students always arrive and leave with a smile on their face.
My teaching method is fluid based on the individual's learning style and desired outcome. I ask all students to decide on their goals and time frame and we work together to achieve this. I believe that music is a joy and aim to foster that joy in others.
My teaching method is collaborative, encouraging and based on each individual need. I believe the expression of music belongs to everyone and I would love to help nature yours, wether that by through voice, songwriting, music production or a combination of all.
Mxy teaching methodology is based on the ability of the student, I firstly asses each student and see which level they are on, therefore, I can create a plan that will help them achieve their ultimate goal.
I am a member of a choir for about 3 years with adequate knowledge when it comes to singing and all that comes with it. Will give singing lessons that includes singing techniques and styles that fit the students and their abilities.
Struggling with your range or endurance vocally? Can't finish your songs or get them to sound as good as they do in your head? I've been there too. I'll come to you or you can come to me, we'll play, enjoy ourselves, come up with a plan and a strategy that suits us; and through mutual hard work, learning will ensue.
