I like to keep lessons short with classes up to a maximum of one hour with breaks in between, however I like to stick with 30 minute classes so the brain doesn't get put under a lot of strain. Studies have shown that students that divide study sessions into short chunks tend to retain information better.
I learned Vedic maths so I like to teach students in 2-3 differnt ways to solve any question so that they don't try to mug up but they try to understand that how we can solve the problems.
My teaching method is simple ,easy to understand.
My teaching method is to analyse the problem in a day to day situation with examples that may be happening around us but those we fail to relate to our studies.
Mathematics and physics are my favourite subjects. Whenever I teach someone, I always find some examples from daily life so that people could relate to that and it will become easier to understand.
My base my teaching on a progressive approach that is starting from the basics and advancing forward. I patiently wait for everyone to completely understand the concept rather than focusing just on course completion. I try to be friendly with my students and am very happy to take doubts.
Hmm! I'm not a professional teacher, but yes I did help my friends in any kind of problem with the subject. So, I am sorry, I won't be your teacher but I'll be your friends who will always be there to help. I did my graduation from Delhi, India and completed masters from USC. I'm post graduate in Accounting but I still love maths and so you will. I got no experience, but there's no harm in trying.
My teaching is completely based on live examples with logical thinking. To solve the problem one should have innovative thinking.
My teaching methodology is to start from the basics and then proceed to advance level because the foundation supports the whole structure. Once the basic concepts are clear the higher level problems seem very easy to understand.
I teach subjects by connecting the problems with real life problems and giving examples so that it is retained longer.I teach topic wise and then conduct a test based on that to understand student's understanding. Once a topic is clear, i move to the next one.I hold an exam at the completion of each unit. Available to solve students doubts all the time even during non working hours.
I personally am a very visual learner and gain a lot of knowledge from well produced diagrams. I also respond very well to open discussion to aid proper understanding of the topic at hand. Using my personal experiences through High School and University, I hope to gear a lesson towards any type of student learning at any speed.
My teaching method is to start with the basics to gauge the level they are at and then focus on the areas of which they struggle with. I use explanations and go through worked examples which i have created as well as help students work through questions they have been given in class.
I prefer to use practical skills in teaching so that student will easily understand the particular topic.
My teaching method includes practical examples of daily life to make subject intersting for students and starts from basic to make strong foundation of subject.
I make lessons very easy to understand and you can ask me the same thing again and again. I always like to explain step by step. It's easy when you learn step by step.
I teach passionately. I can change my teaching methods as and when required. I responds to mails and calls as soon as possible.
I like to start from the basics while teaching so as to strengthen the root, rest of the problem-solving get easier that way.
My approach is to cover the topic briefly in my own special way and to then test and revisit to cover deficiencies. I will also provide extra exercise materials and review the work done to ensure students have grasped the ideas.
I have good grades, knowledge, a Master's degree and experience in the field. I believe it is important to find a tutor who is patient, who truly enjoys teaching, enjoys the company of his or her students and has the ability to build a rapport with them so that they can learn. This, I promise you, I can do.
I start with giving the knowledge on basic concepts. Then after few examples will be done and explained. After that the student is given questions to try hi/her own and close monitoring will be done to see how the student approach the problem solving. This gives me chance to see the weaknesses of the student and gaps in understanding of the subject.
Practice, practice, practice! And then...? More practice. The courses students receive in highschool and at university are designed to explain general concepts, and the students job is to understand and remember these concepts, to then be able to apply them to (hopefully) any situation they encounter.
I like to teach students in whatever way they feel comfortable, willing to go the extra mile for students who need more support
I see numbers in a different way, i’m amazed by how people hide from maths. They just need a little push.
My skills include figuring out the root or the basis of the problem and helping the student to learn and make their basics of the topics strong.
I approach teaching in many different ways, but first thing first, I would want to get to know my students and understand their personality. Then I will structure the lesson the way the student wanted to have as many do not like how their teacher's teaching.
I begin my classes by properly knowing my students, their weaknesses and strength. Then I break the lesson into different sections and organise the test after the completion of one chapter.
Basically my teaching method starts with an example before explaining the actual topic so that students can understand it in the easy way.
For scientific subjects, I find the understanding of the lesson is the basis for success. We'll deepen the student understanding through concrete examples, and working on his/her ability to demonstrate the lesson keypoints, rather than learning by heart and forgetting asap. For culture and linguistic subjects, we will pick a topic you like and go from there.
I approach the learning to suit the needs of the students to make the most beneficial learning program for the students
My method of teaching would be by giving examples and practical application of the knowledge learnt so that it would be easy to understand and help in the future applications by understanding the fundamentals of the subject.
