I base class depending on the students needs. Particularly I teach theory or solve excercises according to the requirement of the coursework and exams types that the student has to pass.
As this is my first time tutoring, I prefer to teach based on the problems provided prior to the tutorial session. I prefer my class to be done at Adelaide Uni Hub Central. I am available any time within 10 am to 6 pm, provided that I have no class within the day. I will let anyone knows my availability.
An UQ MBA student from India, highly knowledgeable and well trained in Maths, algebra, geometry, trigonometry and statistics. Also mastered in Quantitative analysis and logical reasoning. Proficient in English language. Well disciplined in behaviour and no non-sence guy. Yet quite friendly and honest.
My lesson is based on what do you want to learn. I will think some interesting method to explain and help you understanding the MATHS. I will provide unique lesson according to your situation. I will teach very patiently until you understanding.
Everyone learns differently.
Why choose me? I have a passion for tutoring and having recently graduated I am familiar with the course back to front. Teachers often don't explain concepts in way that is relatable or engaging and it's hard to get personal help in a class environment.
Already have a lot of experience in teaching mathematics to high school and undergraduate students and English to primary school students. I am kind, helpful, positive and patient. How would u like to have a friend as a tutor? Lessons are structured according to the students.
Having been a boisterous student in the past I know how important a proper teaching method can be and how some classrooms simply do not cater to all types of learning. Sometimes additional one on one tutoring can be a fantastic way to help compliment what is happening in the classroom, and it can be astounding how much a couple of hours a week of focused learning can achieve.
Teaching method: adapt as best as possible to student, use of diagrams, written and oral information, assist student but primarily focused on student's understanding of problems (to allow them to tackle future and more complex problems).
- Each student is different, and for that reason, the teacher has to have different methods, analogies and games to make confortable a class and warranty the correct learning. - I have had students who are studing in the high school until university students.
I base my classes on your needs, whether it is test preparation, writing assignments or learning the content early. I have plenty of support material from notes, practice tests and past exams to exemplars of practicals in the A band.
I am an approachable and energetic person, as well as my lessons, but it is ok if you move with a slower pace! There is no requirement for students from me, but you should be willing and ready to learn. For maths lessons, I am confident in high school level or lower.
My teaching method is to teach mathematical theory in an easy, logical way that the student can understand, help them with their assignments and prepare for the school tests and exams. I myself was not good at math at first but improved mathematical skills on my own and would like to help others to have fun dealing with math problems.
I believe that every student has their unique way of studying, and thus, I would cater my lesson structure according to the student. I would be teaching based on the Australian curriculum and would also help the students with their homework and assignments.
I try to understand what method would be best to teach the student, as everyone learns in a different way. It takes around 2 lessons to fully grasp and adjustments are made as needed. Throughout the hour or two that I will be teaching, I will first explain how to do the question, and then ask the student to do some themselves and then we will go through the ones that they got wrong.
First I explain the topic, after I put some excercise, and some homework and check the results individually with each student. Also I do consolidated review about a group of topics progressively, because is important for students to record the topics.
My teaching method is learning made easy. As a student that has achieved high grades and knowledge of maths both at university and high school, I understand the struggles that come from learning new concepts. That's why I am determined to always find an easy method for my students to understand and remember what they learned.
My teaching method would involve in the first few lesson working out where the student is at. I would then use a variety of teaching tools such as games, worksheets and oral questions and testing as well as explaining theories in a way in which I know the student will understand.
My teaching method is based entirely on the student- I cater to the student's needs depending on whether they are a fast or slow learner. Lessons begin by catching up to what the student has recently done, and then moving forward from that, explaining new concepts and then giving them practice questions to do.
I believe that empathising what a student needs is really important and explanation in details and from scratch is very important. Tutoring is to understand where the student struggles or lack and helping him/her in the best possible manner. Teaching strategy may differ from person to person.
My teaching methodology consists of understanding the rules before attempting any questions. Understanding the theory is very important, as if there is no understanding of the topic, attempting questions will just be a waste of time, as this will become trial and error rather.
I use practical examples and explanations to help students fully understand concepts before rote learning specific questions, which I believe is the key to mathematics and physics excellence. I endeavor to be patient and supportive to help build confidence, resilience and independent problem solving techniques in the subject over time.
Learn about key concepts that help can you solve problems and do well in the exams. Study smart by adopting an active-learning approach that will save you long hours of revision, compared to learning passively and reading text books.
Lessons are tailored to individual student needs. No matter the learning style, visual, auditory, or kinesthetic methods can be incorporated into the sessions.
I am determined in bringing out the best in every student and believing in them. Each lesson will be target one topic/chapter and will focus on what the students find difficult as well as covering questions on the topic together.
I ensure that you understand the concepts of the subjects that I teach, hence achieve the best you can in year 12, moreover, a strong grounding for subjects in your future studies. I am also willing to give you extra help if you require after tuition sessions (if urgent).
My lessons will be structured to enable me to methodically go through individual topics with you and help you with problem areas that you may have without setting specific time frames as some topics are more challenging and time-consuming than others. I hope to provide you with useful tips and methods for effective revision and study.
My course is based on what you want to learn and helps you understand and remember.
Am strong in high school Algebra, Arithmetic, Geometry, Trigonometry . Teaching with examples and clarifying all the concepts.
I like to start from basics and teach the methods taught by my school teachers which makes study fun and exciting
