I teach the basics correctly in order to build up to more complex combinations and fitness levels. My teaching suits most levels and is especially necessary for beginners to start with the right technique. The lessons are also suited to self-defence practice.
I got different styles of teaching. I depends on the person who wanted to be trained. Also the art of training varies from the style of what to teach. Im also opend for the Place to do the workouts.
the courses are for all people (adults or teenagers) who want to let off steam, or to learn a technique (that of boxing movements) and to test the balance of his body in his movement and mobility (variable speed of execution). the energy expenditure also varies according to the investment dose of each. the results are immediate.
My typical session is divided into 4 key moments 1. The articular and muscular warm up (string, stroke, movement) 2. The body session with or without specific material defined according to the level) 3. The muscular reinforcement 4. Stretching relaxation. I like to combine cross fit and fitness exercises in parallel with boxing and I like to add active recovery during recovery phases.
Different teachings: - specific courses for boxing and kickboxing (overheating, flexibility, technique, power ...). - General physical preparation with joint determination of goals (weight loss, emotional release, fitness ...). - Physical and mental preparation for competition (combat sports but also other individual and team sports).
My boxing methodology is simple and complex at the same time. Working simple techniques, from less to more, until achieving excellence in hitting and techniques, to achieve long combinations of high demands in difficult conditions for the student. I like to focus my workouts towards personal defense, in possible real situations, both outside and inside the ring.
The proposed path is completely individual according to the needs, giving the opportunity to the practitioner to range from the traditional practice of Goju Ryu style and style Mu Gen Do to the practice of kickboxing and personal defense.
For fitness, weight loss / gain, improved cardio fitness or flexibility, I integrate several disciplines in the proposed sessions, including: + Boxing & cardio-coxing + Running + Bodybuilding ( with or without material) + Stretching, yoga & relaxing techniques + And many fun activities! I favor outdoor work, although I can adapt indoor training with machines.
