Though I am student, I love to teach other students or the ones who love to learn regardless of their age or anything that they thing as obstacles towards learning. I like students who are eager to learn, serious and patient. I like to teach from scratch and give details as much as possible.
* 1.5 hours effective tutoring per session, typically include 0.5 hour of concept review and 1 hour practical exercises to sharpen your skills.
This course introduces students to basic web design using HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) and CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). The course does not require any prior knowledge of HTML or web design. We will use a html/css text editor to type the code and test it on the browser. I believe in "Learning By Coding....
A typical lesson will explain the fundamental concepts and theory followed by practical implementation. Being a firm believer of practice-based learning, you will also be assigned programming tasks by the end of each lesson that you will be expected to complete. Overall, a very hands-on and practical approach will be used to deliver the course content.
Most of my teaching methods are practical based with a few lectures and test to measure what my students are capable of, after which I am able to adapt to the situation and impart my knowledge. You can have fun as well as gain knowledge at the same time whist I'm teaching making it a fun and fruitful experience for all around me.
As experience in IT industry I have a practical knowledge of how we actually make use of programing languages and others in real time environment so will make sure that along with the studies will provide students with this tips and techniques. Every topic will be related with an example which I will demonstrate on my personal laptop to the students. At last will help students help themselves.
My teaching method is simple and and understandable by students. I gave real life examples to explain everything. I gave more time to weak students. After explaining lessons I would like to take small test through which I can analyse student's performance.
Visualise the students how the compute works by using presentations, try to teach from basic to advance form of computer architecture, its working principle. Most of the time students confuse how things works so that i am always trying to teach how they work and how to use in real world.
I don't have a rigid way of sharing knowledge. I like to know my students, how they think, what are their objectives. While teaching I like to keep things practical, I think the best way to transfer knowledge is by exchanging with my students and putting things into application.
I have a very simple teaching strategy. I believe that whatever I am am teaching it is always significant to focus on the basics. Sometimes we take basics very casually, but with a strong foundation even the most complex issues become easy to handle. I like to teach on individual topics on different days, going granular.
I am a recent graduate with a Diploma in Information Technology from Melbourne Polytechnic. My lessons would be geared towards high school students and diploma students or anyone with a genuine interest in IT. The lessons would be taught one on one in person. Small groups are also an option.
I believe in a practical approach and so I like my students to take the wheel and explore the content by creating mini-projects.
My lessons are geared towards the beginner/novice. Each lesson is designed to understand a basic construct of the language. There are plenty of examples and exercises. As the lessons progress there are quick quizs which reinforce your understanding. I progress at your level of understanding the topic.
I will first introduce the student to computing and then tell about what programming is and then start with the basics in C language and slowly make you get most of the topics in C and make you do programs that are interesting and useful.
I evaluate person's level of knowledge in the field and discover the way that s/he enjoys learning. I believe knowing and understanding concepts and terminology in a field is the key for great understanding and true success in the field.
My teaching method is I start from basic until the learner gets comfortable and then move to advance as it will help to understand the core concept properly. After completion of every milestone, I give a small but very relevant assignment to a learner that will help him/her to revise and understand a real world usage of it.
I teach with a hands on approach and real world examples.
I prefer teaching a practical approach to students so that they can remember things.
I approach topic by topic and cover them in such a way that they are linked and easy to understand by the students. I like to make study interesting because in that way the students also want to learn something different.
I usually base my classes on real world examples and snenarios, which I found easier for kids to grasp. I try and make the classes as much informal and fun that kids can develop a liking for the subject and enjoy learning.
Teaching method both theory and practical in a creative manner with the full involvement of students and tutor. I always encourage the students to share their ideas and experiences which can facilitate teaching methodology for others and I always give preference to individual grasping power.
I believe in practical knowledge rather than theory. So that my students could easily try my teachings and remember things easily. I like to teach self motivated students as motivation is a key to success. I do make a lot of efforts so that students do not have to do much.
I teach mainly based on my practical experience, in a way that students can actually code and make the lines of code do a specific task. I will be teaching theory too and background of the programming language. Each class will be a tutorial based class in which students can actually create something which will benifit their future. I will use all my industrial experience.
The main goal of my lessons is to equip student with no basis or basic understanding in computer, particularly who is interested in programming in one of the most modern and popular platform in the market, such as website design or Android device application development.
I keep in sync with the kids understanding and start every concept from the ground level gradually increasing the level so that kids understand not only the theoretical but practical aspect of any topic. It's important to deliver at the same pace as the students can grab well.
My pedagogy is not to unnecessarily waste students time . To facilitate their learning and create higher order thinking skills that develop critical and creative knowledge then give them the confidence to apply this to real world experiences that leads to future careers.
My teaching method is simple as i always try to make the basics strong for students so that no one gets left behind and than they follow through easily. Furthermore, i don't like to push things on students and instead give them chance to explore first which is why many students find me less strict than other tutors.
My teaching methodology depends on the topic being taught, I start from simple language and then gradually switch over to the technological terms which are being used in the lesson, which the child starts understanding eventually, I prefer teaching with a you tube video, or a short example of that lesson so that the child understands the concept well.
Flexibility is the key methodology to teaching students. The greatest issue the educational system has with teaching, is that it assumes that every student's learning style is the same, and so they teach every student only 1 particular way. Einstein further illustrates my point with an analogy "Everybody is a Genius.
I dont have an exact teaching method. But i'll start with everything general related to my chosen subject. then step by step increasing the knowledge and work. i would also prefer researches in this specific area so it will be a win-win for both student and teacher.
