My teaching methodology is very straight forward. I like to teach the basic core principles of each concept and allow the individual to form an opinion in light of given material. I like to teach my students critical thinking instead of spoon feeding them information.
My teaching methods are based on practical and legal theory which the main focus will be on the application of the law and using helpful syllogisms that will properly teach you how to use the law to come to a sensible conclusion.
I use as many real world practical examples as possible in my teaching. I'm very visual in my lessons and I believe that this is the most efficient way for me to give information, and others to absorb it. I am able to provide tutoring on all high school, and early university law subjects, as well as business topics.
When explaining concepts I always provide examples. I believe that it is a lot easier to understand a theoretical concept when it is applied to an everyday life example. An example, be it sensory or abstract, reinforces learning by identifying key attributes associated with the concept.
I believe in pure lecture for an overview. I then like to ask questions about the general topics. I generally prefer a case method of analysis of law. I believe cases can be summed up by rule and exception. After that, law is a practice, and you need to develop the critical analysis required of lawyers.
Please get in touch to discuss the suitability of providing tutoring. I am based in Canberra (Southside) and am happy to provide tutoring to students in high school, college or undertaking early university studies in social sciences or the law.
My lessons are scholarly focused and i can plan lessons based on the students needs. I have experience with civil litigation, human rights law, law reform processes and practices, Cultural Legal Studies, Legal philosophy and can gear lessons to assist with a students curriculum.
I believe in "learning by doing" and that the most effective learning methods are to engage students to apply their learning to factual case studies. I encourage my students to think about the legal process and principals, rather than memorise laws and regulations by rote.
I have a deep passion for making real differences in the lives of my students and their learning journey through laser-focused instruction, my watchful eye and customised expertise to benefit students directly and witness their sparks of comprehension; equipping them with critical study skills to become independent lovers of learning.
I have tutored may law students in last 5 or so years. I currently tutor an ASTI law student from University of Southern Queensland. I have previously tutored students at Charles Darwin University, Queensland University of Technology and Deakin University. I use skype, facetime, face to face usually to tutor students.
My teaching method includes breaking down the topics into smaller components and focusing on those components one by one in order to make sure my students understand their work in detail. I tend to focus on the individual needs of the students and help them over come whatever struggles they may have.
My approach to teaching depends on the subject I am teaching. For subjects that are conceptual, like law or literature, I tend to be more conversational and create analogies so that students can understand subtle points I am trying to make. For subjects that are motor based, such as guitar performance, I am methodical and drill my students to refine particular areas of their skill base.
I approach teaching as each subject requires with the department of education or university criteria. This effectively means gaining an understanding what the student has knowledge in and assisting the student in reaching the required goals according to the legal requirements of the institution to complete the subject.
More then happy to conduct one on one tutoring sessions as well as group classes. I am happy to assist with assignment preparations, exam study or simply course work.
I AM DR. SAROJ SAINI. I AM AN EXPERIENCED TEACHER/TUTOR WHO CAN HELP YOU IN GETTING GOOD GRADES. THANKS.
I teach using visual aids and with real applicable examples on understanding concepts much better. I can assist with grammar editing for assessments and show you what little things professors look at while marking for grammar and how to improve these mistakes. Teaching can also be done in the form of speech exercises for assessments which are presentation based.
I like to keep my teaching engaging and not just a lecture, I encourage student participation by asking simple questions. Sharing some real life instances which are early relatable by student. I keep things on presentation slides so that it become easy for students to read and understand better. I also like to show videos about the applications of legal framework by the industry personnel.
My teaching method is patient and supportive. I am a good listener and have tutored mostly university students, particularly in Law, but also Sociology. I guide students with their essays and assignments, and can edit and proofread their work upon completion.
Senior Lawyer, currently working as managing solicitor. Experience in government, civil and criminal law. Former mentor for ANU law students (3 years casual). I feel able I am able to assist university law students and senior high school students studying legal studies.
I believe that effective learning occurs through examples of what teachers and other such people like to see. My lessons are therefore geared towards providing exemplars of high-quality work, and teaching students how to produce work of a similar standard.
I primarily teach online. I gauge the students current-to-date knowledge on the specific area in question, evaluate their style of learning and implement a similar teaching methodology. Generally, I coach the student in finding answers themselves, enabling them to do so by prompting specific key target areas and guiding them to these areas.

My teaching method is helping the student find the topic that they either already know or have some knowledge in then move onto how we can increase their knowledge before branching out and moving onto other topics. I plan each lesson based of strengths to then build up on a relationship between the student and I then heading on to providing work to do on their own and marking work within 24 hours.
I tailor teaching to the student and their competency level. I provide session feedback, highlighting strengths and points for improvement. The latter is key to successfully studying and hopefully practicing law, as relevant constructive criticism facilitates greater understanding and advancement.
My methodology is based on lectures on the subject, accompanied by doctrinal, legislative and jurisprudential analysis. In addition, focus on exercises (mainly linked to public competitions, OAB, among other tests) in order to assist the student in fixing the content. I am also always open to suggestions and discussions about the desired method of study.
