Everyone has a different way to learn things, and I certainly figured that out my method was going to burn me out at UNI. Once you understand yourself and how you learn, learning ANYTHING becomes achievable. I have learned so many different methods of teaching/learning, and staying up to date with technology that I think I could be really useful for students.
My teaching method is to apply an easy to use Point-Explain-Example (PEE) approach. I also use the following approach: - Introduction (tell them what you will say) - Body (say it) and - Conclusion (tell them what you said). I use a multi-sensory approach. This means that my teaching appeals to visual, auditory and action-oriented learners.
I have always loved baking and cooking from a young age . I like to make the class fun and let the student explore their passions, I am a true believer that education should be fun to be memorable. Cooking should be healthy and fun.
My teaching method begins with familiarising myself with the student's understanding of the subject or topic concerned. I next work on developing a sense of achievement and confidence through question and answers, then focus on challenging areas until understanding is reached.
My teaching method is based on each person learning things for themselves and explaining things in ways which is easy for each individual to understand
My teaching method is based on explaining things in new easy to understand ways to it’s easy to understand concepts for each individual
My Tecahing method is getting involved and learning for yourself by experiencing it and then having the theory to back what you’ve learnt
I take a personalised approach to teaching. All of my lessons cater to the learning needs and goals of individual students. My goal is to help each student feel confident in their learning abilities to prepare for the next step in their journey as an independent learner.
I have spent time over the past year mentoring several interns and junior executives. I am passionate about developing programs that combine practical experience with academic study, and encourage a dialogue between myself and students across all workstreams that ensures high level understanding and participation.
My teaching method is based on helping them understand things from their level, trying to explain and teach things in new and easy ways to understand that suit the individual
My teaching methods are unique to each individual person.
My students are always active and never feel bored. I vary the teaching methods and customize them according to my students learning types and special needs. Also laughing and a personal supporting and motivating approach make my students feel good and well understood.
I use a practical hands on approach to teaching software, guiding students through the basics but including the often neglected background features that add a little bit of fun. In the past, for instance, I have created and taught tutorials for art teachers on using the drawing tools in Microsoft Word to create art.
My classes are flexible depending on the abilities and aspirations of my students. I base my lessons on 4 pillars of learning. Reading Music, Playing by Ear, Improvisation and Technique. I endeavour to discover what my students enjoy and what inspires them and develop their own idividual lesson plans to suit their needs and desires.
I approach the subject based on topic. Correlating the chapters which have interlinked concepts and used in more than 1 topics are taught together.
Mostly my classes are personalised for the student(s) on how the individual learns. Alerting all the senses to a new language is vital for an overall understanding. Firstly I use a system to find out what level someones spanish is. After that I guide them through playful structured lessons with objectives that reach our goals.
I like to teach people how to SPEAK with videos, songs, etc. Don't worry! You don't have to sing ;) I have been tutoring Spanish & Italian in Melbourne, Perth, Byron Bay and Auckland, and I've really enjoyed it! Evening and daytime classes. Discounts for groups.

I enjoy the truly personalised nature of one-on-one coaching. It means that tips and strategies can be perfectly and fluidly adapted. Depending on the particular needs of each student, lessons and coaching will generally focus on achieving deliverable results and meeting defined benchmarks, whether it be for school-assigned tasks or for additional remedial and/or extension projects.
We will see together what is your goal and what are you looking for, then start with the basics and exercise with conversations
Assess. Train. Practice. Review. I work closely with the student to make sure they understand areas that need attention. I then look to provide simple examples and get the student to practice areas that need attention until the lesson is learned.
After an initial conversation and information gathering session to assess your level of fitness, running history, availability for training and goals, I put together a weekly training plan. The plan is available in an online training platform which is free for you to access and have a beautiful smartphone app which sync with your GPS watch and you can use to add comments to every session.
I teach all ages and depending on the age bracket of my students, I base my classes on mainly conversation for the mature age and both writing and speaking for school age students. The structure I use is conversation based with the incorporation of grammar exercises and grammar structures to enhance a more indepth and wholistic understanding of the language.
My teaching method is based on conversational grammar exercises, idiomatic expressions, as well as activities to enhance comprehension, listening and writing skills. I base my teaching on individual and collaborative group work.
During my studies i personally dealt with having to teach myself how deconstruct the required concepts for completing the courses, due to this i have gained skills in being able to break difficult information down into simpler concepts, while not excluding the crucial details.
I believe reading and technique are important. If these areas are not neglected in the early stages students are better able to explore a range of styles and genres, including improvisation, in a self directing manner.
I believe learning to read is an important foundation when combined with practical theory of either Classical or Jazz variety. This provides a basis for more advanced skills such as memorisation, composing, arranging and improvisation. I believe in studying as variety of styles including in particular popular, jazz and classical.
My lessons are based on the learning goals of my students. Each person has a different approach to music, a different understanding of it, and something different to give to music. I work with students to both help them realise and unlock this.
I have a passion to teach science as it’s my favorite subject. I have been teaching science and chemistry since 2009. I facilitate the leaning process by engaging the curiosity of the students without limiting it to the classroom environment. My students will learn and apply the knowledge wherever they go.
I teach as though I were teaching to my kids. I want my students to not only grasp the materials they contend with but be confident with it. I focus on critical thinking & how to support that expression through their written materials.
