SUMMARY OF Ph.D. RESEARCH
In our study, different 36 clinical samples screened for the Staphylococcus aureus isolates. Biofilm formations were evaluated by phenotypic analysis test by Congo red agar (CRA), Tube method (TM), and Tissue culture plate (TCP) methods. Silver and Selenium nanoparticles were prepared by the using of chemical reduction method. Both nanoparticles were confirmed on the basis of color changes. Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) used to determine the nanoparticles size. DLS is a technique that can be used to determine the size distribution profile of small particles in suspension in solution. SEM is a type of electron microscope that produces images of a sample by scanning the surface with a focused beam of electrons. Determine to the Antimicrobial activity by well diffusion assay, Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC), Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC), and Minimal Biofilm Eradication Concentration (MBEC) against the biofilm forming Staphylococcus aureus isolates.

RESEARCH INTERESTS
My thrust area of research is Isolation and identification of bacterial species (Aerobic Gram +ve and Gram –ve sp.) from clinical samples, soil sample, water sample, evaluation of biofilm formation by phenotypic analysis (CRA, TM, TCP), Preparation of Nanoparticles via chemical reduction method, Characterization by Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) as well as Determine the Antimicrobial activity of Antibiotics, Antiseptics, Nanoparticles against nosocomial & Superbug bacterial species via Well diffusion, Disc diffusion, MIC, MBC, & MBEC assays.

STRENGTHS
I am a Doctorate who combines studies with research and other commitments. Self-motivated, committed and determined in accomplishing my goals, come what may. Demonstrated negotiating and organizing skills, a firm sense of responsibility and capacity to do work hard. Posses excellent verbal and written communication skills. A self-motivated team player with an analytical mind and problem solving skills.

OBJECTIVES
With whole my potential I would like to devote myself in a field of TEACHING, RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT FIELD to spread and gain knowledge. In this fast changing technology era, I aspire to become a better professional with arduous work and contribute to the betterment of the organization and Institute and henceforth serve the society. I have posses a quest to work in the professional atmosphere with a zeal and enthusiasm to contribute to the growth if the organization.
