I have personally run educational programs in of 40+ high schools in the past two years, giving me a wide range of experience in teaching students of a range of backgrounds. I have worked with ESL students, students with learning disabilities and children of all knowledge backgrounds, being able to adapt content to suit their needs easily. My approaches are highly participatory and involve creative explanation to ensure that students get knowledge from these programs they are not supplied with in school.
I am a university student studying a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Global Studies as well as a Diploma of Languages (Spanish). I have been involved in student education since 2016, teaching high school students from across Victoria on key issues surrounding humanities, politics, social sciences and history through creative methods. I volunteer with United Nations Youth Australia creating and delivering educational content, as well as teaching English both in Australia and internationally.
