Personal observation and evaluation. Everybody is different and has different needs. My methodology is finding what works best for each individual client. Clients also need to enjoy what they are doing, So I ensure that each workout is varied and fun.
I have been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2012. I have worked in various gym settings over a three year period, then set up a home based private gym to train clients.
I am qualified to use kettlebells and Crank-It (suspension) straps, and have qualifications to instruct boxing/kick boxing.
I am currently at university studying for a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Science to become an Exercise Physiologist.
I have three years experience as a body builder.
I have also worked with the elderly, the overweight and those with injuries.
I am passionate about helping people overcome their personal obstacles and assisting them in achieving their personal goals.
