8+ years experienced and passionate tutor available to teach you Italian in Melbourne!

Methodology

Hi there! Many thanks for taking the time to visit my profile.
I’m an enthusiastic Italian teacher that recently relocated to Melbourne after 7 years spent in London, teaching my own language to a variety of students.
In the Uk, I worked at many institutions (King’s College London, International House, Hackney UTC College), languages school, private tutoring agencies, fashion companies (Gucci, Stella McCartney, Victoria Beckham) and helped many students learning a new language and reaching their goals. I also prepared many students to undertake exams: GCSE, IGCSE, International Baccalaureate, CILS, all with great results!
In addition, I have always had a passion for learning languages myself: at University I studied Japanese and I‘m currently learning Spanish. I know how it feels to be a language student!
After an initial discussion with the student, I create my own lessons, making them fun and engaging, so that everyone can successfully reach their aim and also love the subject. Every course is tailor made on the student’s needs, because we are all different and have all different learning styles.
Part of my offering includes email support 7 days per week, so should you have any questions, you can always contact me. I will provide you with notes and any relevant quote that you may need.

Background

I worked at King's College London, doing evening classes, private lessons, exams and marking.
In 2013 I joined International House London, one of the biggest languages school in the city and I did evening courses, private lessons and in companies courses, specifically designed for the fashion industry. I'm still working for IH, doing online lessons.
I also worked with a different number of agencies that offered tutoring, such as: Vivere l'Italiano, Of course Italian, Affinitalia, Mylingua. I prepared students of different ages to undertake exams (GCSE, IGCSE and International Baccalaureate), with great results, plus I prepared students to undertake language exams, recognized by the Italian government (CILS).
