I first started my fitness resume doing 3 weeks sessions with you in Los Angeles at elementary schools for about 3 years. My team and I specialized in nutrition and condition to get the students ready for their yearly fitness test, but the most important aspect taught was confidence!
From their I assisted a colleague of mine with her personal fitness business at the campus of USC in California. Mostly working with various athletes and non athlete to hit their specific fitness goals.
