The first free session will be a chance for me to get to know you and see if we would work well together. During this session we will go over your health history and discuss your health related goals. From there we will work together over various sessions to help you meet your health goals. I will provide information such as healthy recipes, articles, cook books, food samples and even cooking demos in able for you to create a healthy relationship with nourishing food in your life. As well as bringing my yoga teaching skills into practice and including guided meditation and personalised yoga practices into the sessions to increase wellbeing.
Cancellation Policy: If sessions aren't cancelled with more than 24hrs notice there will be a cancellation fee.
Lily is an incredible yoga teacher who makes you feel comfortable & accepted in each of her classes. She is very accomodating and has a unique slow paced nurturing style of yoga, focusing heavily on the connection and importance between breath and movement. She also incorporates mindfulness and meditation in her classes which promotes a sense of balance and clarity. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to establish or deepen their yoga practice.

I am incredibly passionate about healthy food, as a chef in a childcare centre cooking and recreating healthy meals constantly. I completed my Holistic Health Coaching course through The Integrative Institute for Nutrition in 2017 and am extremely passionate to help change peoples lives. I have an incredible amount of personal experience in this field which is why being a health coach is such an important role for me. Even though I am at the beginning of my health coaching journey, I know I have the skills, experience and tools to guide individuals towards a happier and healthier life.
