Trainings that I specialised in includes (1) hatha/vinyasa yoga, (2) strength training for weight loss and (3) muscular conditioning. My lesson outline will include mobility exercises, the main routine and muscle loosening stretches for cool down. I strongly encourage clients to opt for the combination of yoga with strength training in the session because it will provide the body with more long term benefits.
I have been teaching group fitness classes for more than 3 years now and had just graduated with a BA in Sports Science. The largest class I have taught consists of a total of 400 people for an event but the usual number would be 10 - 60 people. My students have achieved successful weight loss results for strength classes because I incorporate a combination of HIIT and weight training into the training session. As for yoga, most of them are able to go close to a 3/4 side split now.
