« J'étais parfois démotivée à l'idée d'aller à la salle de sport parce que je n'étais pas sûre d'utiliser les appareils correctement, ne savais pas par quel bout commencer et ne voyais pas trop de progrès. Je suis très contente d'avoir fait appel à Mathias pour y remédier. Il m'a fait un programme (sportif + alimentaire) adapté il y a quelques mois, et depuis, j'ai constaté une vraie évolution. Je suis plus motivée parce que je sais que ce que je fais est utile, j'ai la silhouette beaucoup plus dessinée et j'ai gagné en force de manière générale. (j’ai enfin assez de force pour faire des pompes et c'est toujours moi qui ouvre les bouteilles pour mes amis...) L'apport est aussi en bien-être. Au-delà du fait de me sentir plus mince, et ce sans m’épuiser ou m’affamer, je me sens aussi en meilleure santé. Methodology

WHO AM I ? Enchanted, my name is Mathias :) Coach Individual sportsman since 3 years, I consider the sport as essential to a healthy lifestyle. As his physical and mental benefits are no longer to be proved, his practice provides access to the general well-being necessary to carry out his daily life and his projects. WHAT I CAN DO: • Need to improve your physical condition? • Need to lose weight / fat? • Want to gain weight / muscle? • Are you toning, firming up? • Want to change your figure and harmonize your physique? • Want to get rid of an invasive low back pain? • Are you preparing for a competition and would like to be physically and mentally prepared? Whatever the objective, my experience and my skills guarantee you fast and lasting results. A graduate of a state patent, he has a strong and strong background in the experience acquired in several companies (Fitness room, crossfit box) and through numerous successful follow-ups with my clients, I have today We have acquired solid skills in order to optimize and to vary the content of your sessions. MY TYPE SESSION: A form assessment will be drawn up during our first meeting so that I will establish a precise account of your lifestyle, your eating habits, any pathologies, your sporting past, and more generally your physical condition current. The session of the day is designed upstream, in order to match your objectives and your level. A general and then specific heating will be carried out, with a special attention being paid to it. A first educational part on a functional movement transferable to everyday life (squat, raised earth, shoulder, ...) adapted to the morphology of the practitioner. A second part focused on muscle strengthening to improve the practitioner's strength, posture and silhouette by taking into account possible aesthetic needs / muscle imbalances. A third part focused respiratory capacity in the form of a cross-training type circuit where we will implement the exercises learned during the first part. This approach to training allows to achieve its objectives in a playful way while avoiding the routine. A nutritional plan adapted to your lifestyle, your goals and possible food allergies will be put in place to guarantee you results as soon as possible. The sessions are feasible at your place, possibility of coaching in the Fitness Park of Paris intramural (13th, 12th and 15th) as well as Gigagym Paris 13th.

- Personal coach for 3 years - I have been able to follow, transform and improve the performances of dozens of clients whatever their age, sports level, pathologies. - I was able to lead my students to their goals: Weight loss, muscle gain, strength, mobility, rebalancing of the figure. - Practicing strength sports for 5 years, I combine the experience gained in training and through the various practitioners that I was able to supervise at the latest scientific publications. This theory / practice report allows me to bring the practitioner to his objectives in an optimal way.
