I will not say I strictly follow text books. But I do give extreme importance to the basics of any topic. If the building foundation is not strong enough, the whole building will fall down. I believe every student should be at least aware of all the approaches there is to a problem, and choose a solution most fit for the problem. I think that exercises the mind and expands knowledge. And I am willing to teach one lesson a thousand times as long as the student is willing to listen and work on it every time I am doing so.
I will first observe the student, and try to teach and deliver my lessons in the same wavelength, as I believe the key point is communication. I have worked with this strategy for 8 years, and it really brings out the best of students.
I believe that every student has potential. Their speed of grasping concepts might vary, but every student is capable of building their way into the world. As a teacher it is my job to harness that capacity, and bring it out into the open, so that the student knows their own strengths and weaknesses and can become a game-changer in life.
if the student is in high school the rate would be $20 per hour.
I knew her since 3 years ago when I heard how brilliant she is in teaching, specially in the sector of Maths. She knows how to explain a complicated sum in a way that's very easy to understand. Her teachings sticks to the mind of her students which made her very popular among my friends.
She tutored a couple of my friends and me back in highschool. I remember asking for help in mathematics before my year 10 finals and later acing it. She has a lot of experience in tutoring as she has been doing it for a while now. She's very patient and sincere with students and will explain till the student understands the topic properly.
She is helpful and has been helpful to me in the sense that she has helped me finish an entire course of over 6 months in less than 2 when i most needed it. She has a thorough understanding and gives a clear explanation. I always felt I did better when I was given a great teacher, and with her my grades were straight A's. Would recommend to everyone!
I have been teaching since I was 16 years old as a private tutor. In the middle, I also got an opportunity to work as a substitute in a missionary school in Bangladesh. Later, I got promoted to a senior section teacher. I teach Chemistry, and Physics too along with Mathematics, as Math is one of my favorite subjects! I taught over hundreds of students, and most of them are doing really well in their own respective fields.
