Before practicing yoga my life was very stressful, a lot of work, little time, my health was not bad but I did not feel completely well. I decided to make a change and after learning yoga changed my life completely. Perfect! Después de prácticamente no hacer ninguna actividad física en mi vida, decidí hacer yoga y no me arrepiento. Estoy feliz y en gran medida es gracias a Italibi que es una magnífica profesora. Sus clases son muy completas, explica y muestra perfectamente bien las posturas, qué significan y de dónde provienen, los mantras son preciosos. Además es puntual, flexible y lo más importante tiene un trato muy bonito y es muy cariñosa y comprensiva. La recomiendo muchísimo!!!

Italibi is friendly and warm-hearted which makes for a good atmosphere in class. Her demonstrations were clear and well explained so I had no difficulties in following her instructions, even though I'm a beginner. She had a close eye on her students and corrected postures in a pleasant way. I would join her class anytime...
