Our lifestyle has harmful effects on our body: sitting stiffens our joints and weakens our muscles, our diet is unbalanced and our metabolism is idling. The result is that our have chronic pains, are overweight and are subject to many minor ailments.
Fitness is used to maintain the body and to make it ready for its daily fights. With the Human to Hero method, you get stronger securely, reduce your pains and have energy at all times.
With the use of your body and efficient equipment (kettlebells, suspension trainer, jumping rope), we will create your own training space, outdoors or at home. You learn how to perform exercises that will improve your mobility, strength and endurance, that you can redo on your own. We will adapt exercises and intensity to suit your abilities and you will face new challenges every time to reach your goals in turbo mode.

I created the Human to Hero method for everyone to be able to perform a physical activity without the pains that are commonly associated: lower back, knees, neck, etc. For me, fitness should be practiced regularly to participate in physical and mental well-being, not a few weeks a year at the approach of summer.
