My teaching method is a step-by-step guide that focuses on one day/session at a time. You will not feel alone or uncomfortable as I will be beside you either physically or virtually. I perform each movement to show you and correct when needed. I will also join in on the workout so you do not feel watched and/or uncomforatble. I alter each exercise and movement to suit the client and their preferences. I will push you to achieve the your goals.
I am a qualified fitness instructor (Certificate 3 in Fitness). I have been writing workout plans and giving basic nutrition advice for one year. I have worked in gyms and have a very solid knowledge of different body types and catering each plan to the individuals goals and health status.
