I base my classes on Iyengar hatha yoga. The development of strength, mobility and stability is gained through the asanas.
My philosophy in teaching yoga is, yoga is for everyone! It can be tailored and designed for you. I offer playful, and alignment focused classes, and most importantly a mindful practice.
I like to keep breathing-focused practice. My goal is to help you connect your mind and body and create balance. While connecting to your breath, I will guide you in gaining strength and flexibility. The sessions will be tailored to your requests and draw influence from different style of yoga.
I focus on buildings Yoga poses from the ground up with correct spinal alignment. I incorporate mindful awareness with focused attention into my daily practice.
My priority is to know as much as possible the person I coach, in order to allow him/her to achieve his/her goals. I adapt the practice and advices (diet, healthy lifestyle) regards of personality, needs, lifestyle, internal motivators, schedule.
I'll be honest, I don't have a go-to method. Because I believe every person is unique and therefore needs a different approach in order to get that "click" moment. I base my classes on all techniques I have learned to get you as close as possible to your goal, but most of all, I want you to enjoy it. It doesn't mean it won't get tough, it just means the results might go further, and faster.
My unique style of teaching is aimed towards making the practice easy to do for my students, as the style is focused on making sure that each and every small detail about a posture is explained properly so that even a complex posture can be performed with a certain ease and grace. This will help a person to achieve unlimited progress and development in a short amount of time.
My love of yoga stems from the transformation which takes place within the body , mind and your very being .I enjoy teaching yoga one on one allowing the class to be tailor made to your unique needs .
I like offering adapted yoga classes to my students. Whether they need something energetic, relaxing, or if they have a back pain or any injury... Getting to know the student at least a tiny bit is essential in order to offer an enjoyable class. I also offer adjustments during the class if wanted/needed. This is of course not mandatory is the student does not wish so.
My teaching method is to be in the present moment by bringing the attention to the breathing, connecting with oneself and practising challenging asanas (poses) to get rid of old patterns in our body. I want people to get inspired to live a healthy and active lifestyle and know that yoga is a lot more than simply poses.
No one is "not flexible enough", "not strong enough" or "too busy" - yoga is a practice, not a performance. My approach to teaching is guiding my students to nurture their own practice, for their own body, mind & spirit.

I follow Sivananda style of Yoga. Sivananda is a lineage and not a "type" of Yoga. Sivananda Yoga is a classical and holistic approach to Hatha Yoga that stretches and tones the whole body. Sivananda Yoga is a complete healing system designed to help the body maintain a natural healthy state.

I never like to teach the same class twice, to ensure that students get the most out of each lesson. My teaching philosophy is : be accessible, challenging and interesting to whoever comes. build my students’ body intelligence and mind wisdom. leave students feeling healthier, refreshed and integrated physically, energetically, mentally and spiritually.
Yoga is an ancient science to transform consciousness through the body. I am a very passionate 22 year old yoga teacher, finding yoga at the age of 15 it allowed me to create ease in my mind and feel free in my body. My classes are slower paced, with a special focus on alignment, breath and meditation. My passion is to help individuals access the incredible capabilities of their body and mind, ease stress/anxiety and feel good in their bodies and minds.

My focus is on traditional Hatha yoga, as well as Yin yoga as I find it amazing for one's transactions. Yoga is not about the physical activity at first, although it is very essential. In my classes I add pranayama techniques at the beginning to help you focus inside & build that inner heat.
