My teaching method varies according to age and personality, but is basically a combination of traditional teaching, playing by ear, learning to read music, and alternative notation. I use many different strategies depending on the situation. Humour plays a large part in my teaching.

I am currently teaching students that are in primary school and high school. Starting from preliminary to grade 5 on the AMEB exams. My lessons are broken up into scales and any theory that needs to be looked over and then working on the pieces of music. I teach students as I believe music can help assist kids in education and it is a nice skill to have.
