The kind of students my lessons are geared towards is those violin beginners. My lessons would be basic and easy to understand. First step is getting to know those notes and after that is the scales. Afterwards is some practice songs.
My teaching method is to progress in comfort and inspire self-development. Every student learns for different reasons and enjoys music differently. Music is a diverse and eternal art with so many styles and origins from all over the world.
I follow a mixture of Suzuki Method and AMEB technical. Depending on the student I will either focus more on the technical side or the enjoyment and listening. I believe anyone can learn music so I like to cater to the students needs instead of a particular method.
I like to start out slow by teaching the basics and helping kids to understand how the piano or violin works. First few times will be focused on musical integrity, posture and care of instrument. Most people love to learn new things and would start out fast, but I would teach them to get all the notes right first, before bringing any song or piece of music up to speed.
From the beginning you'll learn how to hold the instrument safely & effectively, to play notes and chords and scales. Then how to read music & play it, understand it & how to make it achievable & enjoyable ! If you are more advanced, you can learn tunes from recordings and from the page. I'll help you arrange & record your music & songs. or Prepare you for Music Examinations & Performing.
Keeping my students engaged and excited about the learning process and ensuring they catch the heart of creativity and joy in music making is important to me. I combine practical instrumental lessons with theory and technical elements to ensure a holistic musical education.
My teaching method changes depending on the student and their goals whilst also making it as fun as possible. Violin is such a diverse area of music that it is normal to have different goals that are not classically oriented.
I will guide you EVERY step of the way through you journey through the world of Classical Violinist or...

I have completed a Bachelor of Music degree, majoring in contemporary vocals, and have 10 years teaching experience with a variety of ages. Tailoring my approach to suit each individual, I use various combined teaching methods, while still focusing on the importance of technique.
My lessons are geared towards those that love music and want to be taught music in a both classical and contemporary/modern approach as I've been taught from both sides and fell that the theory behind music must be learnt to fully give everything you have into performing.
I get to know my students and their ambitions then I cater to the needs of my students altering my methods depending accordingly
I base my class on enjoying. My first teaching philosophy is that the students have to enjoy the music. So I love to play together not only student. And I love to make beautiful harmony with my student.
My teaching method is different for each student as everybody learns differently. I like to try and incorporate interactive methods such as games as well as using engaging real life examples for the applications of the knowledge. I will not just 'do' the work for the student, I want to make sure they really understand it.
My classes are oriented for people who like playing the violin, who want to improve in a pleasant, easy and effective way, understanding what they do and end up standing for themselves with the violin. I combine theory, practice and research/innovation in the classroom.

The violin literally devours passion to those who begin learning. This passion motivates conscientious and applied study. That being said, the quality of the contact and the relationship between the pupil and the teacher make a crucial difference in favor of private tutoring. This is why I always try to find the encouraging point of view.
If you are looking for a violin teacher that can make you play with a smile, you have found her! My aim is always to make my lessons as inspiring as possible, to help my students overcome eventual difficulties and make divine music. Hi ! I propose musical lessons : violin and theory for children, adolescents and adults: beginners, intermediates, advanced students and viola lessons for beginners. When teaching, I firmly believe in the saying ‘be strict but kind’. Every student is unique and will need a personalised approach when teaching. I grew up on graded exam systems such as offered by ABRSM and Trinity. I also incorporate Suzuki teaching, Dalcroze and Colour Strings methods into my teaching.
Hello, I am an American violinist, and offer violin lessons for all ages and levels. Before coming to France, for 6 years in New York I gave many private lessons and also directed a class of young violinist beginners in a private school. As a teacher, I am there to help my students convey the music as best they can.
I offer reinforcement classes for students of advanced level, preparation of undergraduate entrance exams, preparation of national and international competitions, preparation of entrance masters and doctorate exams to international schools.
In my methodology, I bring the experience of teaching and performance acquired during years of studies inside and outside Brazil. I played in big stages of the United States, Europe and Latin America, among them Lincoln Center in New York, Muziekgebouw in Amsterdam, Konzerthaus Berlin, among others. I have taught to young people and adults in Festivals in Argentina and the United States.
My lessons are based on the choice of a personal method for each student and a technique appropriate to the same to enhance their strengths. The lessons are personal, starting from the basics to preparation for admission to the conservatory.
I teach each student according to their goals, I pay close attention to technique from early on as it allows pupils to achieve the best sound from the very beginning. I have extensive knowledge of the required and available repertoire.
A very brief presentation of my singing method: starting from the notions of diaphragm-conscious breathing and classical vocalisation, my method is mainly focused on exploring the natural voice, freeing it and developing a technique that can allow the student to use the voice as he or she prefers in any type of style or repertoire. I usually structure a 1 hour lesson in three parts: 1.
