Through my experiences competiting and training, I have a vast knowledge in the various swimming strokes for those developing swimmers. I also have a variety of tips gained in order to shave down the seconds in competition and improve results.
There is no other way, but practice, practice, practice. A little theory helps to understand the concept of swimming, same for aqua gymnastics, but the main focus is to concentrate on the movement in the water and getting the feeling for it.
I teach my students on a case by case basis, and understand what works for some students will not work for all. I try my very best to ensure the best outcome for the people I coach while at the same time getting enjoyment out of swimming. When I coach, you are my sole focus.
My teaching method is by creating fun classes. I want my student to find learning a language fun! My lessons are directed towards anyone who needs help in French or English no matter your age.
To me, the most important part of swimming is the enjoyment of it. My lessons are customized to suit the needs, abilities and concerns of the individual. My main goal is to make you feel safe, comfortable and to enjoy your aquatic experience. Once we establish this feeling, we have also created an environment were learning new skills comes easily and naturally.
Each Lesson would be different depending on skills and experience but also what your goals are and what you want to achieve. Lessons would go between 30 minutes to an hour. I believe that with any lesson it's really important that you're having fun as well while learning at the same time. There's always new ways to teach and I always try and make each lesson unique for each individual.
