To be accepting and supportive of my students to help them through the difficulties they face with understanding and DEEP empathy. I have lived it. We are all different but we have many things in common that help me relate to Autistic students in a major way. I REALLY want to help Autistics become the awesome people I know the majority of us are capable of.
I am good at supporting individual children at home or in class in a positive way. If I can make it fun I will but the important thing is to get children to want to learn and not find it a chore. I believe everyone learns differently and it is a matter of finding what works for the individual so that they achieve and learn at their own pace.
My teaching methodology is that each child is different so naturally they will learn in different ways too. I like to spend the time to get to know what makes each child tick and learn to the best of their ability.
My teaching philosophy is centred around inclusion and the ability to reach high potentials. I have high but achievable expectations of students and find this gives students satisfaction when they complete a task. My lessons are geared towards students additional needs who like a fun and engaging environment.
I am very punctual and and organised while providing a client centred, creative approach. What works for one person doesn't always work for another. I try to make learning as fun as possible and offer lots of positive feedback. Happy to do homework or provide oral language therapy on the trampoline, in a cubby house, or at the park.

I am a patient teacher and every lesson is set at the students learning pace. My lessons are tailored to fit each student. I can tutor across a number of subjects or focus on one in particular and will structure the lessons so that the student can get into a routine.
Your child will receive one hour of Dyscalculia tuition. I tailor the class to your child's needs and I determine this based on their interests, personality, primary mode of learning (kinesthetic, auditory, visual), ability level and emotional state. I provide a supportive and nurturing environment so that children can feel safe and develop or master their love for learning.

Primary school support for partially disabled students, having myself a disabled child, which I have educated at home from kindergarten to high school.
I am an experienced and enthusiastic SEN and academic tutor, with 6 years' experience working with children and young people in education. I foster an approach centred on developing confidence, self-belief and an autonomous learning style. My tutoring style uses a person centred approach, that enables the student to manage their own learning overtime.
I offer tailored, bespoke lessons based on students' individual needs to ensure that they meet the demands of their course of study. These are based upon a individual learning plans that are devised in collaboration with the students, to focus on their identified needs.
My teaching method is very hands on. I start by taking an interest survey to see what my student is interested in and what they find easy/difficult about the subject(s) I will be teaching them. This allows me to do two things. One, see what my students enjoy and like to learn about. Two, it tells me what their confidence level in the subject at hand, and what they may need to work on.
My instructional methods are based on the same ABA (Applied Behavioural Analysis) techniques used in the classroom, depending on the needs of the student. Due to my work experience, I have a number of colleagues and resources to draw upon after an initial assessment of the students needs, in order to best serve them.
I work with students to see what their strengths and weaknesses are and I like to work with each student on an individual case by case basis as each student learns differently. I enjoy getting to know students likes and work them into my classes.
my best methods are being an ear for your problems and giving vocal and some academic support for those who struggle with dealing with school I can help you to try and incorporate in classes with methods that were taught to me in high school as well as my own personal coping mechanisms. I can help with self-confidence and try to mingle with the school environment.
I try to tailor my lessons to best fit students' individual learning styles, strengths, and interests. I like to work collaboratively with students and their families to ensure our lessons best reflect the students' needs with classwork, homework and tests.
My teaching methods will be based in part on diagnosis, in part via assessement of how well children can learn, strong and weak areas, teaching study skills and building on current strengths. Teaching methods are based around a variety of modalities (including Kinesthetic) and are solultion focused and aimed on positive growth.
I shape my teaching methods to each child, since every child is unique! I tutor elementary to middle school students, specializing in teaching ADHD and Autistic kids. I use techniques such as engaging in the child's interests and highlighting their strengths in order to improve the areas they need help in.
Especially for younger children, staying focused on something that is difficult can be very tricky. I strive to teach multiple strategies in various subjects to help your child find his/her best learning style that helps them succeed to the best of their ability.
We will work together as a team, learning more every day. Interaction and participation is a must. This theme or topic is one of my favorites in the Education Area, this means that we can have very interesting lessons through research, discussion, etc.
I have experience working with children of all abilities. I have acquired various teaching strategies over the years which has increased my ability to help children raise their self esteem and confidence levels in order to progress. - Which subject(s) do you teach? I teach all the subjects I have indicated above.
I like to work with students during the initial meeting which is informal to discuss strengths and any areas they feel that they would like to develop and work on. Each session is prepared in advance at the previous session with the involvement of the student. A lot of the sessions involve visual and interactive work in a relaxed and non formal manner.
My teaching methodology focuses on collaboration, strategic planning and intentional goal setting. Parents and students are my greatest partners in an academic relationship. When reviewing IEPs, school agendas and family goals, I want to ensure buy in from all stakeholders and develop tutoring strategies that promote life-long learning and skill replication for the student within the classroom.
My teaching method is highly adaptable, because no two kids learn the same way. This is especially true of kids with disabilities. I like to take time to get to know kids and figure out what helps them to best comprehend material, and then I adapt my style to best help them.
Our teaching is friendly, experienced and professional. We use the latest online classroom technology. Classes are timetabled and structured and are video recorded daily. This means lessons can be watched again and again at any time. This means students need never miss a class or worry that they have forgotten what the teacher said - just watch it again.
