I use trial and error approach in teaching, meaning that I allow students to compose their responses, then reflect on how it can be improved. This process is repeated until the student is able to compose a perfect response for any given question.

Hopefully you will be able to tell me what style of learning suits you best and what hours we can work around.
I make the student understand what he is studying. I don't want them to just memorize procedures, I want them to propely understand what they're doing so that they, in the future, be able to use their reasoning to solve problems on their own.
Personalized approach to suit the students pattern of thinking. The same concept can be interpreted diversely, it is often this that makes a student fall back as they simply don't understand the tutors interpretation of it. This is why I consider it important to follow a personalized approach not just for the student in question but from concept to concept.
I am a listener, then explore knowledge and wants of my pupils. After initial help if needed I will give home work. Self learning with help is best. When you can teach yourself you will need less assistance. I will be your guide.
Currently studying a bachelor of Primary Education at the University of Wollongong. I am a very energetic and enthusiastic person willing to guide students in enhancing their ability and skills in the area of Mathematics. Lessons will provide students with written and hypothetical examples to help develop their understanding towards the Mathematical areas of algebra, trigonometry, and statistics.
I believe in interactive teaching where student is involved in excercising whatever is taught. Slow but conceptual teaching is actual teaching. I get students involved and repeat the things untill clear understanding made-up. I focus and teach the students according to their level so that they may develop clear understanding.
my lessons are for all the students even if someone didn't studied maths properly till grade 6. i believe in teaching the concept of topic we are doing and how can we use it later. everything we study has a reason behind it once we get that it becomes more interesting.
My teaching methodology focuses on crisp and clear concepts as well as on the practice. I have set short techniques of many a concepts for easy learning. Learning a concept doesn't make anyone proficient in Maths, it is practice which makes the difference.
My approach is to strengthen the student's foundation first which means emphasizing and working on the concepts first then building upon it by solving different types of practical examples. I first observe/assess the student to see his/her understanding of the topic and then decide my teaching approach which is if I could be more technical or need to explain things in a much simpler way.
I am a kind of teacher who's main aim is to make students get a firm grip on the basic concepts and help them to use that knowledge to build upon other concepts and skills.
First I am teaching the theory or the concept then I will explain the practical applications and realistic examples which students can use to memorize the theory/concept easily. According to my point of view, the most important part is practising questions. There will be a series of questions on different complexity levels which students have to answer by themselves with the guidance of me.

My teachings method is to make student understand the topic or equations in most logical way. I have faced same scenarios as student and would like to help other students to face these challenges with ease. I am friendly and understanding.
I like to teach students from primary to high school and like to take classes either after 5.30pm during schooldays and anytime during weekends.
I believe each student has a different way of learning and try tailor the lessons to suit this. I believe in a mixture of fun activities and hard work, a level of respect that goes both ways. There are no dumb questions that can be asked, and if I don't know something I will do everything in my power to find the answer.
To firstly understand the student. Then to convey formulas and ideals of such ways for the student to understand them. I take my lessons of school quite seriously. Where as I am not a more so tertiary student. I follow direct plans but, once contradicted I do not react in bad faith, I simply work towards the understanding of my student and always up to inquire about their troubles.
My lesson structure follows a hands-on approach where the student is in control of their learning. I utilise student interests and strengths to communicate new ideas and concepts. My lessons revolve around curriculum and syllabus outcomes whilst remaining engaging and authentic experiences.
My teaching method is centered around inquiry based learning. I try to get my students to attempt questions before asking me for help. This allows the students to explore their own ways of understanding concepts. I try to endorse open learning, which is all-encompassing and courteous of the tutoring environment.
