I like to approach training as something very individual. Every body, personality and lifestyle is different and therefore it is essential to tailor the perfect training approach for everybody differently. Furthermore I believe that training has to be and can become something enjoyable.
It is important to change always the class to not turn it into a routine. To begin the season, I like to do a funny warm-up game; then I prepare a circuit o different stations that combine aerobic exercises with strength exercises, and finally, a good stretching season.
I find out what the client wants and structure an overall plan based on exercise preferences in order to make it an enjoyable and rewarding experience for the client..
I always begin training by stretching, followed by skills, then strength, then a warm down. I believe in balance and pushing your body while also having fun - I will do the strength exercise with you if you want me to (for moral support!) or just give demonstrations if you prefer me to focus on you and your technique.
Mostly I teach the full contact method but also non contact way semi sparring as well. And also include the techniques of judo, jujitsu etc.
