I try to make my lessons interesting. When the student feels motivate and positive. I combinate grammatic, reading, listening and speaking lessons. Sometimes is so boring only study grammatic as an oldfashioned school. I use material like videos and audios on interesting topics. Is very important to me that my student feel confident whit me. In that way, they can ask any question.
I keep trying different methods until I find a window of learning that works for the individual student. My preferred approach is to build a trusting relationship rapport with the student as a person, leading to rapport. Any child can learn when they feel safe, relaxed and motivated.
Chill pace. Every person has his own needs so, as soon as we know each other, having fun it's a must.
I identify the topics and explain each part slowly and as explicit as possible, I’m alwayd willing to answer your questions :)

Aprovecha la oportunidad de aprender de una forma divertida! :D (take advantage of the opportunity to learn it by having fun! :D ) I'm an Italian graduated student and until last May I lived in Spain for studying. There I fell in love with the Spanish language and culture.
My name is Lorena, I am from Argentina. I studied the English teaching training back home. I can express perfectly in both languages - English and Spanish. A lesson would be on a topic of interest for the student. After choosing it, we spot vocabulary (idioms, slang, etc.) and the go through the grammar structures. I would adapt lessons depending on the age you are and the level you have.
I base my class on communicative method, which let individual to learn from their own context and also enhance their knowledge.
