My coaching method is focused on developing players' control of the ball and ability to work in a team. I focus heavily on improving in-game psychology and ball skills, all of which are central to the improvement of players on the pitch.
Everything starts with a theoretical knowledge, I come from a sports background along with studies being an essential part. I get involved in training as much as the student is, I play along, teach, teach how to become competitive and most importantly TEAM WORK, Because that's what is needed in a sports person.

My name is Samantha, I am originally from Canada, in Australia for a year to finish my degree. I base my classes on the fundamentals of beginner methods, introducing basic skills in regards to sport e.g simple passing, receiving and shooting skills. we start talking and comparing ourselves, according to your needs we prepare a physical and technical training program. then we will start with the training that will vary from day to day depending on whether we have to work on technique or athletic training. my workouts always start with a still and dynamic warm up, to avoid injuries. then we train. end of training involves stretching.

Lessons of minimum 45 min, ideally 1.5h not including warm up. We can work on different techniques and field positions. First-half includes agility work and coordination skills. Second half real game situation and a lot of first touch. Finally striking the ball technique for 15 mins aprox.

I will go through specific dribbling and attacking drills that I personally do myself. I will also teach a mental attitude that will help greatly in matches. My lesson structures will vary depending on the individual's skill, but I will focus on dribbling, effective attacking skills, attacking movements and finishing.
