With many years of guidance from some of Australia's most inspiring musicians and music educators, and indeed a number from overseas, my learned knowledge on how to interact with other musicians as equals, and the knowledge base from in-numerous masterclasses and lessons over the years insures a continuing and comfortable teacher/student relationship.

I believe every individual gets in touch with music through listening and embracing them. Music is supposed to be a fun and enjoyable thing for kids. For kids between the age of 5 to 9, I would begin with their gifted skill, listening. Listening to every tune of the note and how each note links together into a song.
I prepare students who wish to study for leisure and also for both AMEB exams and Trinity College exams. I have studied Suzuki as well as Montesorri and incorporate these methods into my pedagogy.
As a welcoming and personable coach and mentor, I have a genuine passion for helping people and leaving them happier than before. Outgoing and individualistic, I aim to make lucidity out of chaos from a lifetime of experience as an eccentric performer and musician.
My way of teaching it’s focusing 100% in what drives you, it is really hard to create a good habit from scratch without motivation, therefore I specialise on creating a very Independent a customise class for every one of my students and their goals combining their musical preferences and styles bringing nothing but the best from you .
Everyone can sing! We will set goals and milestones so that you can see your own progress and be encouraged to keep going. Wether you’re younger (even a kid) or older, we will find a song that is easy for you and one that is challenging in order to work on your strengths and weaknesses at the same time.
I always offer my students chocolates or a cup of tea to make them feel welcome and confortable to express theirselves and trust, as it is very important that there is a trust relationship between tutor and student. We start the lesson with learning the technique, and then applying the technique on their favourite songs that they always love to play or sing.
My name is Britt Lewis and I am a teacher, performer and graduate of NIDA and the University of Melbourne.
I've developed a unique singing programme for all singers - from beginners to advanced. I teach strong technique and understanding your voice as your instrument but go beyond basic teaching. My programme connects the voice to the heart and mind. I call it a Holistic Singing.
Everyone can sing! Connect to your own natural voice and experience the joy of singing. I will introduce you to the basic concepts and principals behind singing in tune, singing with confidence and protecting your instrument.
First of all I always find out what kind of music is my student actualy interested in so then I can focus their lessons on that particular style whatever it might be. Some students just want to know chords and strumming patterns. Some of them are interested in finger-picking and some of them might want to learn the solo guitar. You name it I teach it.
I love Rock and Roll so anyone who wants to learn the old ways to learn guitar should contact. My structure is based on the student, i will keep on a single lesson until and unless you are able to do it and keep on building day after day.
I will teach you vocal exercises that help better breath control. I will also help learn different ways of singing.
I use a combination of methods in my practice, depending on the genre I am teaching. These include elements of the Estill school- especially in music theatre and contemporary styles, with Accent Method and traditional Bel Canto techniques geared towards classical students. I encourage students to sing in a variety of styles and learn to adapt their techniques to become versatile performers.
My teaching is based upon gaining an understanding of what the student wants to get out of learning the guitar and move forward with a fun and structured approach to achieve that goal, whether that be to learn songs, follow a formal grading route, develop technique or learn new skills - beginner to advanced.
Combination of Traditional approach, modern approach using Hal Leonard, Nancy and Randall Faber books. I am also accredited to ABRSM ORF AND KODALY are the ideal ones technique for our students.
I have been teaching singing and piano of all levels and ages over the past 8 years. I find great joy in sharing my enthusiasm and experience as a performer, composer, and educater by guiding and encouraging the musical education of others. I offer my students varied and interesting lessons, focusing on the goals of the individual and the joy of making music.
The aim of my lessons is to create a safe and happy environment for piano beginners. Enjoy the greatness of music and have fun. The lesson includes singing along to the songs and learning the basic music theories and piano techniques through practice and activities. Students are more than welcome to share music and bring scores for their favorite songs.
I teach students by observing their way of learning first and then changing my teaching ways to suit their learning habits. I usually start off with warm ups and technical work and then we do pieces. I also have patience and let the student try overcome challenges themselves first with a little bit of help to let them become more independent.
I gained my strong foundation in the areas of Music Theory and Harmony, Musical Composition, vocal pop and knowledge and understanding in popular and jazz music. My areas of expertise are playing guitar and teaching Baroque, Classical, Spanish, Flamenco, Persian, Mediterranean and South American music.
My teaching methodology is to nurture and grow potential. I focus on improving technique, giving fun tips and tricks, expanding your musicology and providing lots of practical methods as well. You'll learn by doing and through variety and experimentation - you'll enjoy a safe place to expand your voice and singing abilities.
My teaching method varies from student to student as per his/her genre priority and kind of their priority towards music. My approach towards music is always a step by step procedure where theory plays equal role as the practical. And always will focus on maintaining the students to be dedicated by showing experts as inspiration.
Tailored to students, I approach each person as an individual, matching their energy and helping them stick to their goals. Kids are encouraged to play and have fun as well as increase their awareness of their own habits and practices, so they can learn in a way that is best suited to them, and feel empowered to take charge of their learning.
Just lesson wise and starts from basics to higher level once learnt it will never erased till the life...
I have won a singing competition in Poland, have been selected as one of the best HSC Music performaces and asked to perform solos in the Opera House. These lessons are suitable for any teenagers and adults with already some sort of musical or vocal knowledge or training willing to learn classical, Russian/Italian style vocal technique.
I believe each individual person has a different learning style, so my approach is to meet you where you're at. My lessons will teach you how to get the best sound from your instrument and improve your technical ability.
My priorty is to create and maintain a love of music in the student's soul. When you have that desire for music, you will thrive on the instrument regardless of the level of talent. I tend to follow AMEB syllabus as I am in Australia but I can also work with other syllabus'. Some students just like to play through method books or work through various pieces of choice and progress that way.
My teaching method is based solely upon the students. I focus my time on helping them learn the most valuable set of skills in the most effective ways possible. I always review my teaching methods repeatedly, and ensure that the student learns the main concept by the end of their lessons.
I like to personalise the way I teach for each student. Sometimes we may star from scratch, or build upon what you've already accomplished. I try to find techniques that would work for you. We can go through songs and break down each song, learning the proper techniques and refining your sound.
