I believe one can learn only if he practices. So i will give my lectures and classes. Make them do a few problems and homeworks.
I am a PhD (Civil Engineering) candidate at the University of Wollongong and have a passion for research and teaching. My methodology for teaching has always been interactive and guiding the students to grasp the concept rather than mere cramming. Further, helping the individual with the practical application of the theory in real world problems.
My teaching methodology is making a storytelling everything. You do not have to make it very theorical for having it in mind. We humans tend to associate our knowledge with the daily happenings, so this needs to be both theorical and practical. I show you how this works, and later, it's your turn.
Before the lesson I would expect the student to tell me the area they wish to look at that week. I would read around this area, therefore being prepared for the class. At the start of each lesson, we would spend a short time reviewing what was said the previous week.
Depending on what stage the student is at will depend on my teaching method. If the student understands all the content then I will source questions for the student to complete and challenge their understanding of maths. By extending the students understanding of the concepts of maths, they will achieve a high mark.
Hi guys, I am a science enthusiastic person studying Bachelor of Physics at the University of Wollongong.I have a dream of making math and physics enjoyable and simple to kids. This, I believe, can happen through real-life demonstrations and break down of subjects. My lessons are aimed towards kids studying in high school.
Dr Sergey Fedoseev was graduated from Moscow University of People's Friendship. He has two Ph.D degrees in Physics. He Prepared and delivered online lessons to HSC and undergraduate students on topics such as: General Physics, Electronics; Optical and Wireless Communications.
My focus would always be to remove any doubt that comes to your mind even if I have to research a lot on it and give the students a proper understanding of the concept so that you can solve any problem based on it.
When I was in my high school, which is for gifted student only, my major was maths. I was also interested in Physics and Chemistry, and quite good on them. In the national test to run into University, my mark was 28/30, which is the highest one in my province, and I am confident that I will bring you the good results not only for your study but also your thinking process.
My teaching method is incorporating student autonomy with a top down flow of information approach. Peer learning and internal motivation is encouraged. Classes will be based on mutual respect and hard work. Persistence and patience is key, and I believe in keeping on pushing forward.
Tutoring is a profession where it is necessary to acknowledge that every student is different from the other. Therefore, the first responsibility as a tutor is understanding his/her students. As an engineering student I have learned approaching things differently and analyzing all the possibilities for figuring out solutions.
My teaching methodology is assisting the students with their homework and ensuring they completely follow the task and have an in-depth understanding of the subject. I can also assist by providing extra questions or study notes which we can work through together.
My teaching method is to first introduce the topic briefly to the students, then step by step description of process with an example. Then another practice problem solved with students and in the end give them some problems to access and done by themselves.
My teaching method depends mainly on the student's capacity and interest and age. It is always 2-way communication instead of typical Pour-Down method. The student is made feel interested by some informal discussion, and linking between study material to his/her interested. This motivates the student to be self-educating, and self-practicing even without my presence.
I teach by using real world examples and applications. I keep very organised and colourful notes and diagrams to engage students that may have trouble understanding from their teachers. A typical lesson may start with background knowledge, moving into applications, and then answering some practice questions.
I am a big fan of creating shortcuts in order to teach a difficult topic. I believe it is important to see problems for what they are in smaller chunks, in order to facilitate easier learning. I also believe in the power of doing numerous practice questions in order to hone one's understanding of the topic - and ultimately achieve better results.
My teaching method is very simple. first, I explain the logic so the students can connect the dots and the basics of the concept become clear to them. After which I create a formula sheet and practice solving problems of different types in order to learn how to use the concepts learned.
I focus on the concepts and my teaching method relies on my student's ability to grasp them. For ex: If you cannot understand a theory by an example, you may be able to understand it through a practical problem. It depends on YOU.
Method should change according to the student's tendencies. I like to observe the student and teach according to their learning patterns. However what really teaches a person is their own experience which is why solving questions and analyzing the points student struggles are always essential after the topic is discussed.
My teaching methodology is very simple. Introduce the basic principles of the subject for better understanding. Demonstrate all the areas of the subject for deep absorption. Explain all the contents (videos, flow charts, figures, tables) in detail. Teach the strategies and methods of problem-solving.
I like to teach in a very friendly and amiable manner, promoting an environment where the student feels free to ask questions and engage in conversations about the subject being taught as he/she would do with a friend. I try to relate the lessons being taught to things you observe in your day to day life as I think this makes it easier for students to remember things.
As a current university student, it was not too long ago that I was completing high school myself. This allows me to have increased knowledge of how students in this position think and act. I believe the best way to learn is through questions and this will be the majority of any of my lessons.
I teach topics sequentially, according to the context.
Me lessons are tailored to an individual student's needs. I have a strong focus on mathematics in physics and help to improve my student's arithmetic and algebraic abilities. My lessons are focused on real world applications to ensure that my students see the value in what they are learning.
My teaching method is based on my knowledge and experiences i archived at uni to teach and explain the lessons in the most effective way. I will help student to understand the problems and solve it efficiently. Student can learn how to deal with works quickly and learn some trick that i learned by myself to understand the topic easily.
I have done my bachelor's in telecommunication engineering. Now I am doing my masters in the same field from the University of Wollongong. In order to better deliver the content, I study about the given topic before approaching my students.
I compare the each topics to really life so they can catch up early
Studying B.Mech from UOW have studied advance level of maths, chemistry, physics and other science subjects during the course of my studies.
My teaching methodology is objective-based and student-centered. I like to start my lesson with the clear aims and then I keep the students engaged to show them how we are achieving each objective while progressing through the lesson. I prefer continuous involvement of the students and always welcome their questions.
I have good communication skills, confident, enthusiastic, encouraging, punctual, creative and disciplined person. I have vast teaching experience of Primary level.
