I structure my classes according my student's needs and I prefer to have one-to-one lessons. This ensures each class is tailored to address areas that my student is struggling with. I have an extended collection of textbooks and exam paper which I use to guide my classes.
I base my classes mostly on problem solving and ways to memorise concepts , theorems.practise assignments , question papers. One on one doubts explanation and available anytime.
Every student is unique. I base my lesson structures based on the individual needs of the student. I also implement a variety of visual aids, interesting questions, and problem-solving approaches to ensure that the student truly understands the fundamentals of a subject. I try to make my lessons as engaging and interactive as possible.
I am a Master of Engineering (Electrical) student at the University of Melbourne. I have 8 years of teaching experience in teaching Maths and Physics. I was a teaching assistant during my tenure of 1.5 years in IIT Kanpur, India.
Once I get to know the student, I create sample problems that are tailored to the students' weaknesses. The problems start with the basics, ensuring that the student has good fundamentals. Once the fundamentals are covered, we will move to harder problems.
The basic requirement is to simplify complex problems. Sometimes students tend to "memorize" the approach to certain solutions. My job as a tutor is to let them understand the root of the problem and justify logically the way of thinking prior to giving a direct solution.
For physics and Math lessons I usually introduce the idea or concept to the student, mostly I relate the application it has in their day to day life. Then the student is introduced to problem solving techniques in that particular topic.
My teaching method depends on each students according to what they need. I have had many different experiences. I usually send homework since I believe it is hard to improve just by what I can offer, therefore there has to be some work on the side.
from the usual method, I adapt to many different methods based on my students. If everyone was to learn from the same method, then a classroom teacher would suffice. the usual method would be to break down a subject in several parts, introducing a student to these parts and then connecting these parts together, like a puzzle. though this approach is mostly used for science subjects.
My teaching method revolves around thorough mastery of the content, as well as a comprehensive understanding of the proper exam technique. As a student I take many exams, and from experience, I've learnt that exam technique is just as, if not, MORE important than mastery of the content itself.
Teaching will be based on the students level of understanding. The students will be completing the syllabus purely by understanding the methodology. The syllabus won’t be completed just to cover time frame. Will give a time frame of 1 month to see if the student is interested to do lessons, if not will discontinue classes as this is not done for the purpose of earning but passion.
Hello, I am keen on helping students in these subjects which are of great interest to me and which I plan to pursue as a career. Our lessons will be systematic and structured, and students are free to bring any material that needs clarification or explanation.
Each student needs a different teaching style. For all cases, I do what Elon Musk always talks about: It's best to break things down to their fundamental truths and reason up from first principles. Additionally, I firmly believe that "nearly everything is really interesting if you go into it deeply enough." I see teaching Maths and Sciences much like what we'd do if we were to (say) go fishing.
I like to look at what is required and make a rough and easy course outline for the student to follow. As everyone loves ticking to-do lists, learning becomes fun as you go through the entire outline. I like to explain topics, summarize and go through plenty of exercises till the student is confident about the learning.
My name is Mohamad and my current teaching methodology aids students to adapt and understand various concepts in their chosen field of study. Initially I ask where the struggle is located in an initial topic. I then proceed to explain the topic step by step in a simplistic and understandable manner.
My method of teaching is very flexible. Through my private tuition I can assist my students with their school work, assignments and prepare them for their exams. I have been teaching students with mathematics for several years now so I can easily gauge their level of understanding and adapt to their learning style.
Worked in DASMESH PUBLIC SCHOOL KOTKAPURA as TGT Science (2013-june201) Responsibilities: Providing guidance and advice to pupils on educational and social matters. Liaising with the parents or guardians of pupils. Looking after the teaching material and resources.
We all learn in a different way, at a different pace and as a personal tutor I can cater to your child's specific learning needs in a way that a teacher of 30 would not be able to. My goal is not just to boost grades but to teach a multitude of different skills that can be taken throughout the years of schooling and to help build confidence in ability while keeping it fun and interesting.
My teaching method is based on the student , what they need, what they lack. we go through together to see where is the problem, concept?, numbers? , formula ? or even lack of interest. we build it together. I solve many questions , with different solutions and different points of views.
I work through issues on a case-by-case basis - the first step is to provide a new mental approach to the problem! In mathematics, this applies both to problem solving questions and the concepts behind them. I can also work through assignment editing with you, to improve communication and clarity and to double check your content.
1.Know the material. I only teach materials that I have a through knowledge about know the and student is expected to be proficient in. 2.Relate math skills to everyday life. Many students struggle with math because they don’t understand the practical applications of it. When I put the material in the context of their lives, they are more likely to understand and learn it. 3.
I will ask you what you are stuck on, and then we'll work on that! If you have a specific question, problem you need help with, or just a general concept you need help understanding- we'll work together so that you make the progress you need, to get the results you want.
Meet and greet first off. I generally try to get some background information of completed subjects and what the student wants to achieve. Then begin with the subject they want to learn. Teach the relevant information, but try to tailor my teaching to suit the student.
My teaching lessons are fairly relaxed. Simply show me your current homework, syllabus or tell me anything you would like me to go over you with and I will explain it as best I can. I ensure that you know exactly what the syllabus is asking and I put emphasis on questions which are the most likely to be asked in a test.
My tutoring classes are highly flexible and engaging as I tailor how and what I am teaching to what is required of my students. Typically, this would mean students would state what they are finding difficult or require more knowledge on and we would proceed to address these topics, often by examples.
I am very enthusiastic, friendly and humorous. I really love working with primary school students because they are so curious about everything and I absolutely love that attitude when it comes to learning new things. When it comes to tutoring my friends, I always find out what they don't understand and need help on. I then teach them that topic to improve their understanding.
I tend to teach a topic in a very systematic way such that the student would understand the underlying concept of the subject. I try to make the student understand the topics in a way that they can apply the concepts on their own in different situations and not just to score good results in their exams.
I have a passion for teaching mathematics and physics. I ensure that students not only understand the subjects theoretically but also practically. I divide the subject across the available weeks before the exam. I ensure that students understand all the concepts taught in a week. I firmly believe that making your concepts clear is the best way to score highly in the exam.
I use an active learning approach in my tuition sessions meaning I aim to engage the learner through open ended questioning and regular self assessment questions. When it comes to writing, I am a massive fan of the 'Colin's writing approach' and use this framework with all my students.
Teaching, according to me is the noblest profession and I am fortunate to be a part of that community. My method comes with understanding of a problem and its solution in four questions – WHY? HOW? WHEN?, and WHERE? With respect to the problem.
