I analyse my students as every student has some strengths and some weaknesses. My method is to work of the weak points but at the same time admire students of their strong points, if a student is admired about his/her achivements and the small goals they achieve in life it gives them confidence and a special urge to strive for more.
My teaching method is like Richard Feynman. I'd like to explain the situation as simply as possible then solidify the thoughts with definite set of problems. I believe that the lessons must very interactive that every student find it interesting.
My teaching method is to be as visual as possible. I like to provide a story or bigger picture to put things into context. A usual lesson would involve me getting an idea of what you know, then building on that. I want my tutees to develop methods to think, rather than follow formulas and instructions alone.

Being an engineer, solving physics and mathematical problems have been a part of my life. My education over the years have given me enough clarity and understanding on these subjects , which i would delightfully share with anyone. I like to keep lessons short with classes up to a maximum of one hour with breaks in between, however I like to stick with 30 minute classes so the brain doesn't get put under a lot of strain. Studies have shown that students that divide study sessions into short chunks tend to retain information better.
I follow first principal methodology. It is a simiple approach in which the basic or rather the foundation of the topic is taught in dept and once it is done the student will find it easy to scale it up and apply it to more complex problems.
