I am a Mechatronics student at QUT who has teaching experience of over a year and has much more to give. Being around parents who were both teachers I have grown a fondness towards teaching and motivating the younger generations to discover their true potential. My teaching method is fairly simple. Acknowledging students small signs of progress and keeping them motivated.
My teaching method is based on the experience which i got by teaching other students, it is important to understand the problems of student and convey your knowledge . In addition, mostly i prepared well before teaching to others .
My teaching method related to daily examples experience my lesson based on reality and give knowledge to students
Each student is unique in how they learn. I believe in asking Guided Questions and encourage learning through enquiry. I structure my lessons with a 'hook'at the start to engage students in preparation for what is coming next. Then I enjoy the "I do, we do, you do" model and often use online videos to assist students... which no other tutor around offers.
I'm Korean Mechanical Engineering student. I can teach math and physics to high school and middle school student. Korean student will be more better to me. I know how to teach Korean curriculum. I can make student's school score growing up.
I will ask you what you are stuck on, and then we'll work on that! If you have a specific question, problem you need help with, or just a general concept you need help understanding- we'll work together so that you make the progress you need, to get the results you want.
Every student is unique. I base my lesson structures based on the individual needs of the student. I also implement a variety of visual aids, interesting questions, and problem-solving approaches to ensure that the student truly understands the fundamentals of a subject. I try to make my lessons as engaging and interactive as possible.
My philosophy is that learning and playing are synonyms of each other. Therefore I am always eager to create a light working atmorsphere and involve hobbies of my students into the lessons to make the subjects more interesting. If my student for example likes to play rugby, I am going to integrate examples with which the student can identify him- or herself.
I believe in teaching students by giving them real life examples and mentoring them till they have good knowledge of the subject.I try to ensure that they find comfort in the subject and learn whatever is taught. Maths being my favourite subject, I specialise in teaching the same.
I tend to explain concepts with the help of real world examples. I first make a systematic timetable based on topics to be covered for the whole subject. I tend to go back to the taught lessons to revise so that the concepts are not forgotten along with quiz tests as home work.
I always start with the basics and work my way up, in order to create a strong foundation to allow for greater understanding in the future. For example, when I teach a concept such as light as a particle, I let my students explain what they understand, and correct their mistakes or reply with a "that is correct, well done".
My teaching style is consistent with the idea that not two students are the same. Each client is different, and my sessions are adapted to the learning requirements of the student. I start the sessions with 5 minutes of mental arithmetic training, move onto classroom content, and then finish with a review. I keep clients up to date on their progress with session meeting minutes.
My lessons are very flexible and mostly depend on the student's level of understanding of the given subject and where the student needs to be. Furthermore will I teach not only the subject at hand but also how questions are to be answered and a general knowledge about how to learn. My lessons are for those who are in high school.
I have very practical approach towards teaching, firstly i start each topic with basic then i give very simple examples to relate that topic and clear concepts of the learner
I wish to make students love maths and enjoy the logical techniques of problem-solving in maths. I let students practice and improve their critical thinking abilities to achieve good grades in maths, physics, engineering and chemistry.
I work through issues on a case-by-case basis - the first step is to provide a new mental approach to the problem! In mathematics, this applies both to problem solving questions and the concepts behind them. I can also work through assignment editing with you, to improve communication and clarity and to double check your content.
My method starts with finding out where a student sits, and what level of knowledge/aptitude they need to reach in order to succeed in a subject. Next, I tailor a learning plan based on the students knowledge-set and confidence, with a focus on addressing any fundamentals that a student is struggling with or not understanding perfectly. The reason for focusing on fundamentals is two-fold.
I’m a mechanical engineer graduated in December 2016. I’m 25 years old and always was passionate in numbers. I have easily way to teach and good tips about math and physics.
I teach with passion and patience. I understand that no two individuals are the same when it comes to learning even the same subject. Therefore, I adapt my teaching approach to ensure that my students will not only be prepared for their exams but also have gained the understanding necessary for their future studies.
My teaching method is approaching to the difficult problems step by step through examples. I like to teach the students while showing them the practical necessity of mathematics giving day today examples. I want to create students who love to face challenges.
I believe teaching should be so flexible to suit my clients needs. Therefore, first of all I prefer to talk with my students to understand their weakness and I then arrange the pre-requisites for the topic they would like to improve. The core element of my teaching method is to implement "Plan, Action, Result, Assessment " cycle to measure their improvement.
Based on the Text book as well as past papers
I'm an experienced Math tutor. I can really bond with students from 11-17-years old. I graduated from Mechanical Engineering and I've been tutoring students since I was a student. I'm not from Australia but don't worry, I was also an English teacher (TEFL) with international experience (The Netherlands and USA). I can teach all levels, from beginners to advanced.
I approach tutoring with flexibility. By learning the methods that work best for each student, I believe I can more effectively tailor my tutoring to each individuals needs. I pride myself on being a patient and motivating tutor, able to work students through the potential stresses of assessments.
Maths is about learning and applying - not memorising. Not only can I provide the necessary knowledge, I focus on developing problem solving abilities, critical thinking and alternate approaches to a broad range of mathematical topics.
Presenting concepts in a friendly an familiar form, I try to identify foundation elements that need to be worked on in order to build on a students understanding of a subject instead of the typical 'practice makes perfect' approach adopted by most.
My teaching method is that practice is all. It is necessary to know all the theory first and then apply it and put it practice in order to memorise all the theory acquire previously. And about language speaking and listening are the clue to learn fast.
I am a first year university student studying both mathematics and physics and am inspired to help others gain an understanding in this field. I will make the effort to simplify (broad) mathematics in a manner easily understood to someone new to the content and challenges.
My teaching method is to explain an example, then if the student understands the concept through the example then solve a question together. If the student doesn't understand the concept the will continue to explain the examples.
My teaching method is primarily focused on explaining practical scenarios which helps in quick and effective understanding. I begin with basic concepts, followed by intensive practice in tutorials and examples. I usually prefer quick tests to know students understanding of the subject.

Perfect! Jacob is an excellent tutor and I highly recommend him to anyone struggling with mathematics. Prior to lessons, Jacob has looked and worked through the content I am doing at school. This is so he could prepare modelling and problems solving...
