I prepare modules or problem sets that are organized according to topics. I tackle the fundamental theories first and apply it through problem solving for further understanding. I make sure to discuss different approach to achieve mastery over the topic.
I prefer to organise my lessons with the student providing me material that needs attention and then working through the problem areas. I believe this is the most time effective method and where my help can be best used. Of course if the student has another preferred method i am more than happy to follow the style of learning they achieve best using.
My class is mostly based on making complicated things to understand into practical approach with examples. I also rely on giving concept based problems to make them understand better. Fortnightly short test to evaluate the understanding and regular home works are my top most priority.
Firstly, I am open to answering any questions students have at the start of the lesson. If there are not many questions, I can explain concepts that students are struggling with and provide sample questions at the end of the lesson to solidify the concept.
