Personal training is exactly that, personal. After conducting a physical readiness test to ensure I am aware of anything that may require me to modify your program, I will plan your program tailored for you. My programs are based on building muscle and working the whole body to ensure we boost your basal metabolic rate to continue burning long after we are finished.
I always begin training by stretching, followed by skills, then strength, then a warm down. I believe in balance and pushing your body while also having fun - I will do the strength exercise with you if you want me to (for moral support!) or just give demonstrations if you prefer me to focus on you and your technique.
My teaching method is very interactive by giving examples, analogies, and visuals. I have a very simple teaching strategy which includes: establishing clear lesson goals, show and tell, time for questions, summarising the material, and applying situations to real life.
My lessons are geared towards anyone who wants to be Fit and Healthy and Look after themselves. I am also here to help anyone who wants to improve on there sporting life as well. I do one on one personal training as well as small groups and Pt and sports making sure everything is keeping fit and healthy and enjoys what they do.
I base my teaching method off of two principles that everyone needs to incorporate when moving in both Yoga and strength training. STABILITY and MOBILITY! Two primary needs to successfully progress in any program.

As I have taught the subject related to my area of expertise i.e in Civil Engineering, I use to give a brief insight into the topic/challenge to my students in the class with a strength of more than 30 students, after delivering my lecture I use to give an opportunity to my students a group discussion for a more elaborating concepts about the relevant topic.
Methodology: Assist with correct technique/form for effective results and for injury avoidance. I will provide support and assistance with workouts. Most importantly educate you on effective workout routines and provide nutritional information to support you with your goals and needs.
The system of methods in which I choose to convey to my future students are not as such from the basis of not only the techniques and knowledge of my own, but the ideal areas in which they will need to improve. Although there are always space to improve, the construction of my methods will always be place around them.
