Behind every successful act, there are countless attempts and trials. The trick to public speaking is to be comfortable with yourself! It's not about having presented for a million times because the fear simply will not go away just like that.
My teaching method is stimulating, engaging, and conversational. I encourage students to engage in debates as appropriate. I use audiovisual resources to teach. I encourage group works and learning by doing. I expect constructional feedback and positive criticism of my teaching.
I base my lessons on the needs of the student and mostly use online face to face zoom training system. I focus on understanding their strengths and how to enhance and maximise these to continue to expand their capacity in all areas of their study and development.
As a 'young person', (I'm 21), I understand the value of personalised lessons and tools. And for that reason, each person's experience will look differently. One thing I pride myself on is the ability to meet all where they are at, and help develop their confidence and public speaking abilities to further beyond they believed they were capable of.
My teaching method is very casual and in a comfortable manner in order to achieve proper and ease learning
I shape every lesson to the individual. I believe firmly that integrating the theoretical and the practical is key to transformation. Therefore I offer not only practical skills and activities but also a knowledge of what goes on below the surface of our actions.
Each person is unique and requires a personalised approach to ensure their mental health is at it's best. I look at the fundamentals such as nutrition, sleep, social experiences, and fitness whilst using health science to help students find solutions to life struggles.
My teaching is based around the person's style of learning, and not setting boundaries around the right answer, but rather encouraging the student the take calculated risks - exploring an answer with courage and not be restricted by thinking they must get the answer correct first time
The teaching methodology is arrived by understanding what the person truly needs and is tailored for that person. Step 1. is sitting down and discussing the issue and working together to figure out what the next step is, Sometimes there may be a indirect issue which is affecting the primary issue which will need working on before or simultaneously.
Being that i aspire to become an inspirational speaker and have effectively mentored many students in the past regarding positive thinking, what I have found to work best is combining both audio and visual methods of learning for optimal outcome.
I like to encourage people and boost their self-esteem. I am a kind and compassionate person so I want to work with the person and help them overcome various obstacles that may appear. I am patient and understanding. In the beginning, I want to recognise what the student wants to learn so an end goal can be outlined and obtained.
My teaching method is usually narrative method as children and young may communicate by the way they like. The topic is totally based on student's willingness, so I respect the student's choice. Students can choose the topic they want to have or the problem they want to solve, so I can help them have decision making by their own.
