Acknowledging that education is the key for development of society, I have developed a strong passion towards teaching, as this is one such profession where a continuous learning and sharing of knowledge takes place. Personally, I am an enthusiastic learner and a good communicator, with a strong zeal to contribute best to the society and the university.
My method of explaining things is pretty straightforward, in that anything will be easy to grasp if it is logical. A lot of students suffer from not being able to make logic or common sense of their lectures, and that is that I aim to achieve. As a previous engineer and now researcher, I can combine both practicality and science to form a comprehensive approach to teaching a subject.
The hardest part of teaching Chemistry is bringing the complex down to a level that students can grasp. Chemistry is mostly about learning skills, not facts. To successfully teach Chemisty, I use a mixture of lecturing, visual aids, demonstrations and hands-on activities whenever I can.
I achieved my result through sheer hard work, rather than natural talent. I have lots of advice regarding how to approach studies, how to best organise your time and which areas you must focus on in your IAs. At each session, I'm also happy to share my notes and will also let you read over my IAs and/or extended essay.
I am an international student at RMIT. I make every topic easy to understand so that the studies are simple and concise. Students with an objective to learn the concepts are my favorite. Mugging up things is not an option with me.
My teaching method suits student at any levels. With different students, I have different teaching methods which suit their style of absorbing knowledge. I'm patient and friendly so I can teach students at any levels.
I possess a positive attitude and a passion for assisting struggling learners. A typical lesson structure will incorporate a fun and effective way for students to learn a particular topic. Also, the structure of the lesson will change according to the different needs of the students.
My teaching method is giving students to have their own thoughts on the topic and lead them to the right path on the study on that subject. I prepare well before giving any lesson and I'm very passionate about my job.
I can teach which ever way the student deems best for them. My teaching methods will range between visual, auditory, linguistic and kinesthetic. I know that each individual requires specific and tailored help and having gone through high school recently, I am able to provide help sheets, summary notes, practice questions which relate to current course material.
I prefer using interactive teaching methods to ensure that the student understand all relevant concept on the topic before moving to the next chapter. I provide examples and work through the questions with the students to ensure that I am able to maximize understanding of the concepts by the student. I also conduct homework checks and go through in detail questions that students are unsure about.
Tutoring, for me, is more than just educating students, it's about really making a connection so that they truly care about what they're learning. I make this a reality by combining my knowledge with my out going and confident nature to really form this genuine connection.
As everyone learns in different ways. I believe that it is essential for quality tutoring to be tailored based on the individual needs of each student. I typically favour explaining the concepts behind why theories or phenomenon are as they are- I believe this makes topics far more intuitive and engaging.
In my experience, mastering chemistry requires dedication in order to understand the concepts, but the most difficult part is using your knowledge to answer questions. My lessons will provide extra support and explanation of any topics the student is struggling with, as well as a dedicated time period for working through questions and solutions.
I'm a hardcore, organised and kind teacher. I deliver my lessons tailored to suit the style of my students, and I'm looking for students who can give me their full attention and a commitment to learn. I believe in strong education and value based, long lasting, stress free learning.
I try and make lessons as fun and enjoyable as possible, exploring possible applications of the section once I have taught it. Back at school, my learning capabilities were always hindered by poor, unenthusiastic teachers, so I learn from their mistakes, making lessons exciting whilst still being very proactive towards learning.
My lessons are geared towards all levels of learners. My pedagogy incorporates differentiation methods to fit the needs of all levels of learners. On going assessments throughout the lesson will indicate the understanding each child has of the skill or topic assessed.
I am a young recently graduated pharmacist, I try to be as approachable and patient as possible so the student feels confortable asking whatever they'd like to, related with the subject.
I prepare my classes according to the necessities of the student and divide them in theory and problem solving with some occasional homework.
my teaching method is based on the application of the subject through exercises and practical examples
My name is Max, I am from Berlin and I am currently enrolled in a study-abroad program at Swinburne Uni, studying chemistry. In Germany, I study a teachers degree in both chemistry and english. My stay in Australia is part of my scholarship that I receive from the Foundation of German Business.
My teaching method is to try to understand as much as possible where the student is having issues, and try my best to approach this issue with the student using various methods. I usually love to interact with the students, making them solve practice problems to make sure they understood what I explained.
Instead of letting students hard memorize facts and formulas and methods, my teaching methods is to make my students learn by understanding.
I have always enjoyed science and math and recently received my bachelors in Environmental Engineering. I am happy to help out middle and high school students, to help you reach you reach your academic goals. We'll work through your homework and other practice problems to get a better understanding of the material.
My main teaching methodology is that if to make knowledge digestible for students, we must be able to explain complex concepts in simple ways. I believe in hands on communicative teaching methods, with lots of practise.
My teaching method depends upon students need and understanding.
I shall base on the students' textbook and what is taught at school in the week to explain and give exercises further on any difficult and important concepts for the students. The lesson is nothing more than just a conversation. Listening to students is vital.
It is flexible depending on the needs of students. I will test students the knowledge and give quizzes to make sure they have a good understanding of the class. I aim to improve your chemistry knowledge and expand your interest in chemistry.
I am flexible to use any method for teaching, for example, distant learning (Online Skype, video call or any other means), face to face, group studies. I plan the lessons ahead of time so i can deliver with my best abilities.
Lecture must be coupled with tutorial and workshops. I would emphasize decentralization and interactive teaching methodologies. With group learning, student-driven group work/discussion is one my preferred leverage. To ensure that my students fully understand the concepts and practices, quick quizzes will be inserted along the sessions with mind map.
I enjoy working with children and I like to make learning fun for them so that they are engaged at all times and can obtain the most from the session. My lesson structure covers all topics the student requires extra help on, while also helping them strengthen their grasp on concepts they already feel confident about.
