KIDS Class: Teach cartoon drawing and quick sketch for developing observational skills and imagination. I currently teach 4-8 years old students at CCS, one theme in each class and using pictures, videos and stories to inspire children's creativity, at the same time, teach basic drawing skills including mixing colour, building composition, drawing through observation.
My teaching method is to provide students with one-on-one attention or to teach in small group so that students receive private tuition. By giving each student private tuition, it will enable me to assist and guide the student in areas that they have difficulty learning in, as well as to provide constructive feedback.
my teaching methodology is use the tools, methods and techniques that can be used in making art works. I want to teach students that want to learn the basics of drawing, painting and printmaking. Usually, this means looking at using the various media and techniques to make individual artworks.
Concentration on the individual.allowing the individual the private space to grow at his or her own pace, with frequent feedback.Emphasis on preparatory work is as important as the finished product.art is experimental modelling of possible forms of life.
I have a lot of work experiences related to art (art tutor, fashion designer, artist, illustrator, graphic designer & food stylist) and my teaching methods always pay attention to nurturing creativity and confidence for students to present themselves through various forms of art (watercolor painting, oil painting, pencil painting).
I have enjoyed drawing and finding Methods to help myself draw more realistic as well as cartoons. So, with art, specifying in drawing and painting I would like the student to get many different pictures... this is to help guide not copy someone else's work. It is a great way to learn unless you have a great memory.
A focus on oil painting techniques, drawing and colour theory. Beginning with colour studies and still life drawing, I aim to quickly get you competent at painting from photos or real life. Bring your own materials or a basic set of paint, brushes and materials can be provided.
My teaching techniques are usually based on the wants and needs of my students, but I incorporate techniques to build their skills and the outcomes they desire. Afterall they are the ones paying for my knowledge so I want to help them achieve their goals, whatever that may be. The classes are casual and fun, but we learn a lot along the way.
My teaching method is based on teaching basic perspective, construction, anatomy design, composition and how to mix colours with a simplified but highly effective use of colour theory, and will be elucidated by lectures talks and continuous demonstrations.I am fully conversant with the latest learning theories.
The history of my tutoring has been in school classrooms, craft workshops, open air in the park/ near the beach. Private homes. Resorts. Fairs and festivals. My own home. In most cases , my participants have been absolute beginners. I can work with people of all ages, manual abilities and backgrounds.
My Teaching methodology is Inquiry based where I encourage my students to explore their desires, passions and interests when creating and expressing themselves through art. There is no need for Art experience as my classes are intuitive and non judgemental.
The approach is a coaching style which underscores the theoretical underpinnings in the Arts. I always encourage artists to go into the content of the artwork other than its visual impact. So part of the theories I teach is on how to develop a strong narrative in every artwork.
I am a enthusiastic creative professional with over 7 years of experience teaching Art & Design. Committed to installing Art appreciation in all students. Perseverance and a positive attitude has enabled me to create a fun and engaging working environment where my students have excelled and become confident young artists.
I prefer not to lecture or teach a particular style but enable people to find their own way to express feelings, interpretations of their world and the subject matter they are interested in. I believe the process and completed work is more meaningful.
My teaching method is by parts- I always conduct a introductory lesson to gauge the level of my students and plan out the following weeks based on their current skill level. I approach lessons by increasing difficulty and believe that learning via example and by practice is the way to go.
I am a well qualified teacher with a PhD in Painting and Sculpture. The lessons I teach commences with drawing and shading before the application of paint. in sculpture similar drawings lesson precede the molding of objects with clay before using the casting method.
My teaching method is exploratory and fun! I love to find out about my students and their attitudes towards art and then do my best to enhance that. For me, Art is a tool to communicate. I am a laid back, understanding person and really aim to provide a positive experience to my students.
I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honours & and a Diploma in Visual Arts Secondary Education. I have also exhibited my own artwork extensively throughout Australia. I believe Art is driven by both passion & a learned set of skills. I can assist with school curriculum based art practice as well as designing an individual art practice for adults and young avid learners.
I base my classes on individual research of the artistic process. thereby I let the students discover different techniques in painting and drawing that they can use on there own. Different materials to use and there qualities. al of this can be discovered through abstract and figurative work.
We can focus on anything you want. Drawing, painting in acrylics and oils, as well as composition, material selection, making canvases. Show me your work and we can go from there , or if you are a complete novice we can start from zero.
I like to help my students build on their own concepts and ideas, making it possible for them to create their own art. I can advise students on how to use any of their chosen mediums from drawing with pencils, charcoal, ink and chalk to painting in oil or acrylic on canvas.
My teaching method is very simple but also flexible. I will cater my methods based on your goals or areas that you want to improve on and work on giving you tasks to do. These lessons will also be helping to guide you with exploring your creativity and improving your creative thinking.
The principle I base my lessons on is not just to teach fine arts, but to inspire a passion for them because that is fundamental to the development of an authentic style in the future. I would like to establish a free creative space while keeping the emphasis on different techniques and artistic mediums to create a broad experience.
My art teaching practise is a foundation of the individual's ability to understand how to handle their chosen medium & to manipulate it with confidence.
My teaching method are at your own pace in a friendly and unrushed environment - all beginners welcome and easy to understand and good communication, its all about supporting my students every step of the way with every brush stroke
Lessons are focused on students studying stage 4, 5 and 6 of the NSW Visual Arts syllabus of Making and Studying art. Outcomes are geared towards high school students however adult learners will also be challenged. Using my Aboriginal Art painting unit "Sacred Spaces" as an example I start with basic concepts such as aboriginal culture and the dream-time.
I like to use problem solving and project based instruction for students to both learn content and gain tools for independent learning. I also used the inquiry based instruction that allow students to learn in groups with peers or people from diverse backgrounds. However, I can also mentor 1 on 1 basis and groom students to achieve their highest goals.
My teaching method is based upon the students personality and lifestyle. I find when a student works within this perameter the student is able to be comfortable and therefore will focus more on the task at hand. This will create a open relationship so that the student feels free to learn.
My teaching methodology is based on how the individual student works- I have worked with previous Year 12 students and am able to adapt to how they learn. For myself, I am a very visual learner; I use highlighters, colour coding and enjoy working hands on.
My teaching method is to coach. I can plan lessons around your skill level, interests or tutoring needs.
