My teaching method is simple yet effective. I teach scales/ modes, chord construction, strumming techniques, rhythm/ timing, ear training techniques and knowledge of the fretboard. I believe it is good to teach all notes on the fretboard I gage what the student would like to learn and then teach them the knowledge and skills required to play the music they like.
Utilising the latest music pedagogy techniques and strategies to foster highly skilled students. Specialising in helping students to achieve great results in AMEB exams whilst gaining a PASSION for music. Will travel to you. All ages welcome.

The student grow is the main focus on every lesson. That means that sometimes we're going to go slower or faster. Homeworks are a must. The improvement is impossible without practice so every student should has his own instrument. The lesson has always a duration of 1 hour.
I prepare students who wish to study for leisure and also for both AMEB exams and Trinity College exams. I have studied Suzuki as well as Montesorri and incorporate these methods into my pedagogy.
Each person has different ways of learning, that's why the class is designed according to each person's abilities and goals. We learn reading for drums, drum technique and we tackle different grooves and genres. Even We work to develop the creativity of the students to use, reinvent and create fills.
I can teach beginner guitar lessons through to lessons and tutoring for HSC students (in both performance and theory areas). I'm patient, easy to understand and want the best for all music students. I am proficient in reading sheet music, performing, and writing about music - which is a major component of the HSC music course.
I specialise in you, it's all about what you want to get out of the instrument. I teach theory and traditional approach to the instrument, but I like to pepper up the dull stuff with history and fun stories about the Bass Guitar and its many eccentric players.
I cater my curriculum to the individual. Which ever style you prefer to learn I can create a suitable method of approach that would be both efficient and effective. This approach is a tried and tested method that has been very successful.
I am very enthusiastic about music.
My teaching method is focused on the interests of each people, so, if you want to sing and play, play rock, classical music, jazz or experimental music, I can apply the correct method for your training. I'm only the tutor, you put the rhythm of the classes.
My lessons are fun and as casual as possible. Depending on your goal in studying with me I will design your lessons so we reach that goal while working at a pace most suitable for you. From kids participating in school band programs to adults and teens wanting to learn Jazz, Blues or Pop I will create individual lesson plans to suite your learning style. AMEB on request.
My keyboard methodology is based on the Claudio Arrau method of utilising wrists and the weight of the arms to enhance sound.
I believe that motivating and inspiring 21st Century music students requires a different approach, because we have to support their many passions. According to Suzuki, every child has the potential to become well educated and every child can learn to play an instrument in the same way in which they learned a language.
My main focus while teaching in London, Dresden and my hometown Foshan/Guangzhou in China is the student who wants to participate exams, such as ABRSM and TCL, of course when I settle down in Sydney, I became more familiar with AMEB syllabus as well, especially from Grade 5-8 and AMus/CMus diploma.

I currently study Violin at the Conservatorium of MusicI'm skilled at adapting different teaching methods to all students and making them feel comfortable and to be able to enjoy music at any time. I play Piano to guide students in learning and to widen their knowledge in music.
I use a combination of methods in my practice, depending on the genre I am teaching. These include elements of the Estill school- especially in music theatre and contemporary styles, with Accent Method and traditional Bel Canto techniques geared towards classical students. I encourage students to sing in a variety of styles and learn to adapt their techniques to become versatile performers.
Every student is different, and whether your studying theory or voice truth is it can be difficult, I have a fun approach to teaching theory, that normally has students in stitches, my main aim is that you don't see vocal activities or theory as a bore, I want to help you love your craft!
My lessons are based on the individual and groups. It depends on the students learning progress and their interests in music.
My teaching is based upon gaining an understanding of what the student wants to get out of learning the guitar and move forward with a fun and structured approach to achieve that goal, whether that be to learn songs, follow a formal grading route, develop technique or learn new skills - beginner to advanced.
As a music and piano teacher, I make it my goal to nurture aspiring young musicians and refine their skills.
My teaching method from beginners, I use Classical Method. It is strengthen the fingers and increase the flexibility and speed level then combine it with Chords, Scales and Improvisation.
+ Repertoire of songs according to the musical taste of the student + Mix of practice and theory + Berklee Material + The objective is to learn by having fun
Wanna learn how to play piano/keyboard but those courses out there are too expensive and superfluous? No worries! I'm here to help you! I'm not a professional pianist or piano teacher but I can guide you to read music sheet, accompany and play "not-too-difficult" songs. And of course, my fee is affordable.
My current teaching method is to: 1) Hear my student play and 2) help them out with what they need to improve their musical performance. I enjoy using a step-by-step method to approach each problem students find difficult to overcome, so that a greater sense of learning and achievement has been earned by the student.
My teaching method is to listen to students' playing then go over again to suggest them better ways to perform, how to practice in order for them to improve quickly. I always want students to have fun with flute.
