I will take good care of every single student and depends on their needs and personalities, I will have different teaching methods. Worksheets and Quizzes will be given to make sure students are on track. Most importantly, I hope to arouse students' interest in Biology.

I teach different students with different methods. I will work out a method to suit a student. Students all have their own characters, good or bad. It is only a matter of time not teach but to educate a student towards the right path for the rest of his/her life.
After understanding the client's area of challenge/difficulty, I structure my sessions through giving a brief overview of the area of learning. I then ask the student where they have questions or would like to know more.
At first, I mainly address the student's weaknesses on the subject. I will test his/her memorization skills, pressure handling skills and problem solving skills. Once I have a clear picture of the student's abilities and capabilities, then it's easier for the both of us to get along and know where to start from.
I believe the best way to teach biology is with the effective use of diagrams and visual aids, reinforced by regular practice questions. This works for students at all levels and ages, and can help in teaching difficult concepts and theories.
Whenever I teach someone, I start off by making some goals. We sit down and make short term goals and long term goals. That is what I like to adhere to. I want my students to get what they want, rather than what I want. My methodology includes going through concepts and creating analogies or short stories to help students understand the concepts better.
I am a very patient tutor and I work really well with students who struggle to grasp concepts without in depth explanation. having previously worked with kids of all ages, I am also fully equipped to deal with slightly more difficult children.
I teach all Sciences, English and Piano. My teaching method involves ensuring fundamental understanding of concepts before practicing and mastering these concepts.
I tend to teach what is needed for the student to know but I also like to give extra information that is outside of the syllabus so as to capture the student's attention and allow them to see how what they are learning is applicable to the real world.

I would like my students to understand the key fundamentals and concepts so that it is easy for them to understand how the science works at its basic levels. In my mind this makes complex problems very easy to grasp.
My classes are based on the Australian Board of Studies curriculum. I cover the topics mentioned in the biology subject outline and aim to make students HSC ready. I draw from various texts and worksheet papers to create a larger source of information for students so that they understand the varying biological concepts.
Taught for undergraduate courses in the Biotechnology department. Taught sections for courses on Molecular biology, Animal & plant tissue culture, Large-scale manufacturing process and Biochemistry Conducted laboratory practical’s in Animal tissue culture and Techniques in Genetic engineering and fermentation. Assisted professors in courses ranging from 70-150 students.
My teaching method is being friends with students so they grow both as a student and as a person. Being a friend helps to clear them their doubts with ease and hesitation. Clearing up any doubts they have is my main motto.
My philosophy for Biology is a bit of a shock to those students who think memorising is 90% of passing biology! Instead, I ensure students understand each concept using a first-principles approach, continuously asking students to explain reasoning and the concepts behind their explanations.
My teaching methodology includes, first of all, is teaching the topic on the level of student understanding level. Second, clearing the doubt of students and making sure that their doubt is cleared. Finally, special materials( contains diagrams and follow charts) that help the students to understand the topic easily and prepare them well for the exams.
In my 9 years tuition career I have seen students with weakness and fears in subjects, I tried my best to make the subject fun to them- by giving them easier example of our surroundings they can remember, by showing them videos and pictures. I always tried to make them understand the basic of that particular knowledge and i loved to watch them growing strong and doing well.
Understanding the curriculum and needs of the specific person is a priority for me. In addition to the course specific training, exploring whether they need additional information for preparing exams like UMAT and GAMSAT. Having taught at the University level, I have the training required in delivery methods for students that are not from an English speaking background.
Hey there my name is Hiba Baig and i am very passionate about teaching science specifically biology. My lessons are aimed towards high school students looking to gain any sort of help with science subjects. Persoanlly, i prefer to be open to the structure of my lessons and i like to individualise my lessons to suit each students needs as each student is different.
I understand the concepts in biology well, enough to be able to teach students concepts till HSC. I don't have a particular lesson structure, I look at the requirement of my students and try to fix their problems. My main focus in making sure that most concepts are clear to students.
My lessons are targeted at highschool/HSC biology. I don't want to produce a student who can rope learn and just remember things, I want them to understand things. My lesson structures involve teaching the content in a way that they can relate to, whether this is through many diagrams mixed with some videos, it needs to be something they want to remember, not need to.
I dont brush up anything, but make sure the whole concept is understood because that is how i study for myself too. It is very important for anyone to know the background which helps the person to connect new ideas and attain a great understanding.
Highlights of my qualifications include: PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Monash University; Master's in Animal Genetics and Breeding from Anand Agricultural University My research work is published in High Impact research articles in reputed research journals.
MY TEACHING METHODOLOGY INCLUDES VERBAL AS WELL AS VISUAL INSTRUCTIONS. I USE ANIMATED VIDEOS AS IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ENGAGE THE STUDENT'S MIND TO A VISUAL STIMULI TO DEVELOP THEIR INTEREST.
I, myself, learn through charts and diagrams as I believe that textbook knowledge can get a bit boring sometimes! And this is my teaching method, to suit students as they are. I have taught students who hate books and also some who love reading. So I adjust according to how you want to learn.
I have completed my Masters in Biotechnology and I am passionate about teaching and mentoring. I am interested in teaching science subjects for year 5 to year 10. I am happy to conduct classes both online and at my home.
As a private tutor, I tend to explore first the student's points of weakness and try to emphasize the lessons there. When teaching, it's very important to me first to ask the student for the information he has acquired from the school teacher, and then re-explain everything until it becomes clear.
I will teach students using the flowchart of descriptive essays like information. Sometimes, its very tough to understand the things in paragraph manner. So I used to make concise notes +flowcharts before teaching and would like to explain things in diagrammatic manner. Moreover, I believe in practical activities during my teaching.
