I've been living in Australia for 4 years. I've studied Humanities at high school and I'm graduated in Architecture.
From the first day of lessons and at each ability level, only Italian is spoken. I put particular emphasis on spoken language and on communication, but also deal with reading and writing. I believe in "active learning" by involving students in real situations and study together on their materials.
I believe that reading and comprehending is a must know, general vocabulary and the "how to get by" conversational structure will help with this language full of culture. Italian is not a "simple" language, Grammar and Phrase structure are more complex than the English one.
I like to teach people what they like and what they want to learn. So that I'm sure no lesson is boring.
I would like to keep a "casual",not formal, kinda of teaching method.
I like to teach by reading, since its fundamental. I then want to apply the theory on a practical level, because it's the best way to learn a language. Only Italian will be spoken during that time.
Suited to the individual needs of the students and the subject with a focus on the syllabus for points in depth!
My method is trying to keep always interested my students by providing a lot of real examples.

Talking, talking, talking, reading, reading, reading. Grammar along the way...the only method that really works learning a new language.
Italian lessons can be tailored regarding to your leisure or business interests, can be individual lessons or in groups (discounted).
My teaching methodology consist in apply the English method study for foreign students - adapted in Italian - to English people who wants to learns Italian

My teaching method is to have fun while you learn. Especially with languages you always have to keep going and keep your mind active. With the help of games, songs or children's books it is a good way to start the interest in the language itself and go further from there.
I base my classes on speaking, writing and listening techniques development
I believe creating rapport with my students to build trust and confidence so they feel comfortable applying their new skills. I firmly believe conversation and repetition are vital.

My teaching methods are pretty simples, starting from the basics of the gramma like verbs and actually find the best way to apply the language to every day using, like correct pronouns of a lots of Italian world you are using. Songs and basic conversation.
I follow five steps that help me organise the way I plan my lessons. STEP 1: Know my students' needs and talent This because It will help me choose my learning goals, topics, and teaching approaches adequately.
My lessons are fun and dynamic, I usually structure them alternating grammar to vocabulary and conversation elements. My lessons always start from your interests and passions: I believe this approach to the language makes the learning process more interesting and productive.
I think that the only way to learn a new language, is practice and practice and practice. That can be difficult, when you live thousands km far from the country where Italian is spoken. My lessons fit your necessities.
I made up lessons by the way. I want to know the person at first and start from there. I like being organized and I've always had good teachers who sets good example to me.
