My teaching method is flexible to suit the needs of the students. Generally I like to break complex information into small bits and deliver them in a way that makes learning simple.
I take a 'scaffolding' approach to tuition, ensuring learning occurs layer by layer from a strong foundation. This means first establishing a good rapport with my students, and determining their strengths and areas requiring improvement. It entails building skills and knowledge steadily, with repeat check-ins and feedback to ensure efficient and sustainable learning progress.

My approach to teaching depends on the subject I am teaching. For subjects that are conceptual, like law or literature, I tend to be more conversational and create analogies so that students can understand subtle points I am trying to make. For subjects that are motor based, such as guitar performance, I am methodical and drill my students to refine particular areas of their skill base.
I AM DR. SAROJ SAINI. I AM AN EXPERIENCED TEACHER/TUTOR WHO CAN HELP YOU IN GETTING GOOD GRADES. THANKS.
I do not believe in cramming things up- (apparently Law has a lot to remember- the cases, the citations, legislations). Nevertheless, it gets easy based on the understanding of the topic. I focus on the principles and then approach my topic with the landmark cases in the said topic. Apparently reading and writing so much has also increased my skills in English.

Teaching is not entirely new to me. Of course, as with any attorney, after a while, I took on an Articling Student. And saw her through to the day she was admitted, in her own right, into the practice of law, in Alberta. Past that, I have traveled as far away as to the P.R. of China, simply to teach. Because I like it. I like the process of instilling understanding into willing minds.
Tutoring Approach: I take a very practical approach to teaching and the approach will be adapted to the course undertaken by the student. I am also able to assist with exam revision and revision techniques. I pride myself in providing students with targets and take great pride in seeing them meet their own targets.
The methodology used will be applied regularly in all classes, without exception, dispensing periods longer than 1h30 (one and a half hours), in order to provide better use of the focus. It has three means of learning, books (legal doctrines, among others), videos well-founded and consistent with the subject), reading of internal and external legislation (legislative production).
