My teaching methodology change with student to student. I believe that all the students will not the same problem solving capabilities. I assess in which concepts a particular student is lagging behind, Then I will create a study timetable to that student. I teach in a very beautiful way concept by concept.
Firstly, I assess the student and I start knowing what they need help with. I explain to the student what the concept or idea he/she is learning and if they don't understand, I will give them real-life examples to help them understand the subject more. At the end of the lesson, I give them homework which is to practice several questions so they can revise the subject.
I first study the student his abilities and skills and analyse his behaviour and interests, instead of forcing them to do certain tasks I encourage and influence them to study, and I will teach them according to their study pattern.
My teaching method is to work with a personalized assessment of the strengths and weaks of the student about the subject. Then, I work with the student in clarifying the concept and try to give more confidence on him/her about his/her knowledge.
I try to find a student's approach towards a problem, whether conceptual or practical. If the approach is correct, I teach him/her based on that system. I believe each student is unique and we shouldn't force someone to follow another guideline just because we followed that custom.
I usually start from basics of the concept first then stepping direct into main subject. certainly if a student already had an idea then i would give more examples later the concept than giving more time on explaining basics.

I will plan accordingly to fit their needs for the weaker topics. I will keep up with their institution's pace.
