My methodology is to start step by step, as French is a complex and latin language. I always start by the basic rules of pronunciation with oral exercises. Then, according to my student we start working on simple sentences before we study the structure of latin grammar.
I like to base my method on what motivates the student. The point is to captivate one's atention and use it as a tool to learn more of the language. Any support can be used, such as song lyrics, movies, books, TV shows. Their translation helps understanding their context and meaning.
I base my sessions around the individuals understanding and needs. They are tailored to each person and what they may need help with or want to improve on. I believe in wrote learning but languages need to be spoken to be understood properly.
I believe the catalyst to student development is to construct an approach specific to each individuals needs. This unconventional method has proven to unlock my students enthusiasm and engagement during lessons. As a result, my students intuitive drive develops enabling them to become independent learners.
I am a visual learner, spending most of my personal study time through flashcards, colours and all things energetic. For me, learning isn't about what you're teaching, it's about who you are teaching and I believe that this can be different for a lot of people. My aim is to get to know an individual's learning strengths before I decide what methodology is best.
The methodology to be used will be discussed with the student on the first assessment to identify their level, preferences and goals. As soon as we have this clear, a text book and work book will be chosen as a guide for the class. Besides that, a complementary material is prepared to improve each skill in the real situations.
Casual and informal teaching. Learning conversational French by ear. Would love to share my experience in speaking French.
My methodology includes going through different thematics (travel, food, clothes etc.). Moreover, in each lesson I would like to use oral and written comprehension and oral and written expression to make them to learn French. Finally, I will make my teaching lessons and in a rewarding and funny game-like way in order to develop the student's self confidence to speak French.
I don't really have a teaching methodology. In a few words: I adapt my program depending on who I'm with. I'm aware that everybody's different and is looking for different approaches on how to learn a language, that's why I didn't write anything in stone.
When teaching and tutoring, my goals are to adjust my lessons to meet the requirements of the learners, to make learning French interesting, challenging and rewarding and fun. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and passion for learning languages (I also speak Spanish and Italian).
I am available to help you in learning French no matter what your level is. Thus, I am available to help you with your French homework or essays and also to practice by simply discussing. I am as well available to help you with the writing of any document in French. I propose to meet you at first to discuss the points you want to work on, your expectations and what I can di to help you.
My teaching methodology is based on the needs of the person. First i have to find out your french level, and then i can build a methodology with listening comprehension, vocabulary, written expression, grammar and speaking.
My teaching method is always adapted to your need, it depends of the way you want to learn and what you want to learn. For a language it will be practicing every day, using some pictures to get started, learn the basics first and trying to talk as much as possible.
I like to use the newest scientific based language teaching approaches and you can see my teaching in this metaphor "you jump in the pool of this new language, and i am always at the side of the pool supporting you and helping you so you never feel unsafe, until you can swim alone with confidence" I base my classes on the need of the student and go at a pace that suits the student.
I'm extremely passionate about learning and teaching the French language. I would love to be able to help you enjoy and succeed in your French studies! I am happy to help however you need; whether it be getting a better understanding of content covered in class, or help with an assignment/assessment piece.
I would like to help high school students with their homework. I could for instance train them for their oral exam by talking to them about the different topics. I would like to start the lesson by having a chat in French with them about a topic they study in school. After that, we could focus on their lesson of the day/week and try to see what they didn't understand/would like to know more about.
I believe that in mastering a language, it is essential to speak and hear as much of it as possible. Therefore, my classes would involve a series of activities involving speech and listening. Aside from this, grammar is also impertinent, and exercises to enhance grammatical skills would also be part of my classes.
I base my learning method on my own experience, speak the language as much as possible, review the basics of French in a simple and fun way to better assimilate the different stages.
My lessons are geared towards those who very commonly just don’t quite “click” with French, or those who just need extra support in really achieving the results they want. We will thoroughly examine the topics you need to know and pinpoint the areas to improve in. I am kind and nurturing in my teaching, allowing room to make and learn from mistakes.
We will speak as much as possible in french. The focus of my method is to enable the learner to communicate effectively and appropriately in the various situations she would be likely to find herself in. With children, I will rely on games, riddles and small exercices for learning vocabulary.
I teach students by means of discussion-This involves 2 way communication between participants. I will also use demonstration lessons, role plays and brain storming to support my students learning. I like to give a summary of what was taught towards the end of the lesson.
I take it slowly if I'm with a beginner, just starting with the basics because I know French is a difficult language. I like to share, so as I teach french, I can learn more english as well. I start with basics and then level up slowly until the person can hold a conversation.
I've been working a lot in Paris as a tutor for any kind of subject and I don't have one particular methodology since I consider that every student is different. So I always try to adapt myself to the student personality and issues with studying.
I am really passionate and honest in my job, I am empathic and I have studied child and adult psychology before so I know how to be adaptable and find the best way to learn french. I am really creative and I love teaching with games.I love travelling and discover the world as well. I use often the french culture to improve their skills, sometimes musics, videos, theatre for example.
Hello, My name is Fanny. As a Belgian girl, I'm perfectly fluent in French. I think that learning a language is easier when the student has fun. That's why I always try to use the student's hobbies in the lessons. In each lesson, you will learn about French grammar and vocabulary and we will use those new knowledges in parctical exercices. Obviously, I can adapt the lessons according to your need.
I try not to be too rigid about my approach. It depends on my student. It is all about creating a fun and creative lesson that would be interesting for everyone. I tend to use various material such as audio and visual ones.
My teaching method is based upon my student's needs and will align with their existing knowledge of the language. My aim is to use what students already have, using their own preferred skills in order to progress. Indeed, everyone has different learning preferences and functions differently.
Hi, I am a fun, caring and thoughtful teacher. I like to find out about what my students like and don’t like to find a way of teaching that each one will find interesting.
My teaching method is to make the student comfortable and to make the student enjoy this beautiful language. To do so, I try to understand what the student is looking for with me and from there I set a plan. I usually like to start off my lessons with a bit of conversation to set the mood.
My teaching method will include you bringing any problems to me and I'll do my best to make sure you understand it all while having fun with it. Basically working with the resources that you already have and building up from there.
