I am looking to train some one up. I will bring equipment such as boxing gloves, pads etc. Training will include calisthenics on bars, endurance training, sparring, padwork and other activities. I am looking for anyone who is physically fit to train up.
I first explore the theory (how to strike correctly) then I continue with a practical teaching of combos / movements, shadowboxing, and then light sparring with the student. At the end of the session, muscle strengthening (body weight), and stretching.
This is a one to one session with a fully qualified ex England boxer. We will be running the basics, technique, fitness drills and knowledge. You will come away with a good overall understanding of boxing, how hit and move correctly.
