I was born and raised in New York City and have resided in Australia for 20+ years. Fitness teaching has followed me throughout the years from America to here. I specialise also in Group Fitness ie: Zumba, Pilates, Pound (drumsticks), Step Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics and Seniors. Experienced as a Gymnastics Coach working with children ages 2-7. Ex professional ballerina also.
I place a large emphasis on making lessons/sessions enjoyable yet challenging. I believe the student should always be actively engaged and learning.
I base my teaching method off of two principles that everyone needs to incorporate when moving in both Yoga and strength training. STABILITY and MOBILITY! Two primary needs to successfully progress in any program.
