- I am a very enthusiastic and supportive individual, wanting to help improve young children's writing, reading, maths, science and general school abilities. -As a current grade 10 student on the Gold Coast, I would like to share my skills with struggling primary school students.
My teaching philosophy is based on examples and models. I try to make a structure when teaching to kids in order to follow an organised patter that enable students to maximize their learning in the allocated time frame. I love teaching.

My teaching method is for students to feel they are having fun, as well as learning. I give out poems and readings, analysis them with students. I will make scenarios with them and give relating topics in order for my students to be confident in debating and having an argument. My goal in my teaching methodology is make students feel confident in their reading and their writing.
My teaching style is child-centred. I start with finding out where your child’s strengths, weaknesses and interests are and working from there. I want every child to love learning, love reading and really feel they can master Maths.
Have a caring and patient nature, would be happy to tutor in learning to read and all areas of learning support.
My teaching method is mostly by face-to-face form, prefer teaching individually, but I also teach online via Skype, depends on student´s preferences.
I am very approachable and am happy to answer any questions that would assist with learning (being a person who asks 'why' more often than not!) I have a clear, structured lesson however this can be tailored according the needs of the particular student.
I am a creatively driven, hands on english tutor with a teaching philosophy that all students are individuals and learn in their own ways. I like to investigate which learning style works best for my students: whether it be visually, auditory or tactile, and then I work my lessons around their style to ensure it is most effective for the student.
My method of teaching is to engage the student in the learning process through their personal interests. My lessons are interesting and fun. Children and even adults learn better when they are engaged in stimulating activities and topics of interest.
I plan and teach well structured lessons based on the individual needs of the students. I try to make learning innovative and fun. I try to project my own passion.
I use the PPP (Presentation, Practice, Production) method while teaching foreign languages. In addition, my lessons are customised based on the requirements and preferences of my students. I always use my creativity and passion when it comes to creating my lessons. Besides, I am a big fan of audio-visual materials which are incorporated in my lessons on a daily basis.
I'm an outgoing, motivated graduate teacher. My teaching method involves using play based activities as well as written assessments to observe student learning. The lesson structure I often used is the 'I do, We do, You do' structure.
We can meet up at my place, the library or your home (depending on travelling time) and I provide all the resources needed.
My teaching method is based on you. Everyone learns differently, so it always good to gauge an understanding. I like to use visual and auditory means to allow for a comprehensive grasp. I won't do the work for you, but I will guide you until you can do it.
I want to help you with the things you are struggling with in an interesting way. I don't want you to feel as though we are wasting time on things that are irrelevant so we will cut straight to the point and get to the bottom of your questions. My favourite teacher in school was, of course, my English teacher, she was direct and interesting which is why I want to follow in her footsteps.
First, we will discuss the areas that you need to improve. Then, I will design a curriculum that best suits your needs. Following that, I will present you with weekly lessons that are designed to gradually improve your grasp of the subject until you feel confident enough to proceed without my assistance.
I base my teaching method on the fact that everyone learns differently and there is more than 1 way to teach a subject. I belive in using practice and theory methods in order for the student to fully understand the subject content.
My teaching methodology is to be as innovative as possible. I implement and incorporate innovative ways that keep my students engaged and excited—in this very short-attention-span world we live in. Also, it is crucial that I am clear about what I want my students to learn during each lesson. I begin each lesson by outlining the lesson intention and the learning outcome for each lesson.
There's no point contacting me at the last minute for assignments due or wanting me to write an essay for you. I believe the best method is ongoing study methods and allowing plenty of time to prepare for exams and assignments. I can help you understand your assignment questions and what is being asked as common reasons for failure is not understanding the questions.
I am willing to teach a mixed ability group of students. My lessons involve structured swimming lessons on stroke technique with games to finish. It is important to enjoy the sport through learning correct technique and fun games. It is also important to stay active throughout the lesson to make it more engaging.
My teaching method is to encourage students to use their knowledge to complete tasks but also to be able to fully explain in multiple different ways how something works. All kids learn differently and i think its important for teachers, whether in school or simply at home tutors, ensure that they teach in a way which is best for the individual student.
I am happy to help in absolutely any way I can. If anyone at all is struggling with their English I am here. My structure is more free flowing and what I mean by that is I am happy to prioritise the lesson by what is more pressing and relevant. Pronunciation, explanation and how to articulate your intension.
I like to spend one on one with each student focusing on grammar, vowels, consonants and utilising Reading Eggs and Mathletics as educational tools for teaching.
Primary aged students Annabel focus' on grammar, spelling, comprehension and reading. Secondary aged students Annabel focus' on essay writing, text analysis, spelling and grammar. Students are encouraged to bring any work or assignments they are struggling with at school to lessons.
I am a driven and intelligent person. This doesn't mean I didn't sometimes have issues with subjects, so I understand the need for a flexible teaching style geared toward the individual student's needs. I adapt my teaching plan to the type of learner - auditory, kinesthetic or visual.
I aim to inspire students with the same passion for learning that I have. I like to teach through example and setting short term goals and understanding different initial levels of knowledge. I promise great results within the first term/semester of schooling.
Through my experience at school based pracs, my teaching method is to be as engaged in the topic as much as possible, through creative learning and thinking outside the box.
Encouraging and improving students' study habits and techniques, working on homework, assignments and exam preparation. Tailored to the student's current academic level with the aim of improving their results, and keeping up with the course content.
I try to go over the content first, and make sure the student understands, then use practical approaches or exercises. I make sure that what you are studying is practical and not just for the sake of learning it. I will adopt the teaching method that is best suited to you.
