My teaching method depends on the student. I am able to apply a few different techniques but generally I will assess where the student is at and create a plan for their learning. Tasks and lessons will vary to allow students to learn the content, build confidence and apply it to the real world.
Any teaching method that would best fit with my students. But I prefer to teach them in a slow/clear manner.
My classroom environment be it in groups or one-on-one, is one where students can feel supported and don't feel scared to approach me for guidance and advice. My environment is friendly yet professional, supportive and respective I am a firm believer in personal growth, no matter how big or small it may seem.
I make teaching fun and I'm gentle towards the needs of children. I ensure there are powerpoint presentations and clarity in my instructions ensuring the student is at ease and has a clear direction and goal. Working towards always improving oneself.
I am a friendly, approachable tutor with a rigorous but patient approach to learning. My lessons plans are developed with the objective of reaching long-term goals in short time frames, however, each lesson will be catered towards the individuals capacity and needs and their unique requirements are taken into consideration to achieve optimal performance and success.
My teaching method is to start with basics and make them grow with the subjects. I prefer to go with the topics.
I am a very patient person and will take my time to make sure that I am clear and understood
Firstly I work at establishing a good relationship with my students. I believe this underpins good teaching practice. Furthermore, I frame my lessons based on student needs. We aren't all made the same, so why should lessons be the same? Different students, different needs. Lessons should be engaging and my role as a teacher is encourage and teach them how to put their best foot forward.
I prefer context teaching rather than quantity based one.
My teaching method is simple, talking to the student or client in a sympathetical tone while them being able to learn. I personally learn the best when reading thoroughly and writing down what is being taught.
I was an A+ English student, I have expansive knowledge in Legal Studies both criminal and civil laws, Media and Studio Arts and folio and Artwork production, as well as currently completing my Diploma in Business Administration and Cert III in Hairdressing. I love to talk and teach to share my knowledge.
I am a problem-solver by nature and my teaching approach is to identify both the technical issues and the gaps in broader understanding of a subject in order to improve writing. In order to help, I'll need a sample of your current writing to review beforehand. I'll also be sure to read the text in question so as to fully utilise our session.
I adopt different strategies depending on the student to make sure that the student gets the deep concept and logic behind everything.
I intend to focus on whatever the student is having trouble with as there is no use teaching something that the student already understands. I believe everyone can do well provided they have the right support and I believe I can give you that.
I do not follow one single or a selected patterns, I have a very versatile way of teaching. I usually starts with the most difficult ones and then do every thing by step by step. Making big goals into smaller ones and easier to achieve in order to achieve bigger goals more easily and quickly.
My teaching methods include using my experience tackling assignments in high school and what techniques and skills I acquired to aid the student in their studies. The first lesson will be an introduction for me to understand the needs of the student and prepare resources accordingly.
I tailor my teaching to suit the learning style of the student. May this be more talking based, diagram based or more interactive based methods of teaching. Depending on the subject, the best way to teach it can often vary greatly between students. This is something I have learnt in my years as a private tutor.
I am willing to negotiate all lessons plans based on what you need to get out of it. I love to chat and get to know you.
I like to eat icecream at daycare with family and friends, i enjoy swimming, english and history. I hope you will take me into consideration. I like badminton, reading classical books and listening to heavy metal.
Teaching strategies Set clear lesson goals Explanation and modelling Questioning to check for understanding Practice Provide students with feedback Flexibility around the time it takes to learn Group work, get students working together I will always create a relaxed environment whereby students can feel confident and open in regards to learning
I have worked with mainly higher primary, lower secondary age students. Also student and adults with special needs. My teaching method is true to the VCAL principles of hands on learning and relating true historical events and current issues for motivation in writing.
