My teaching methodology combines classical training of the principles of drawing with working With high powered visual learning techniques
I teach Visual Arts from Years Group 7 to 12. I gained students' success in the Shaun Tan Art Award, the Young Originals and Young Australian Art Awards (National Competition). I am having success in engaging challenging students in Visual Arts activities. As example, in 2017, I had an indigenous girl in Year 9 who rarely attended classes and was very disengaged in all learning areas.

Just as no two people are exactly the same, everyone's artistic approach is unique. So, when I teach art, I really try to understand where each student is coming from, and mould my teaching style to suit their needs, bringing out the best in them.
My teaching skills are mainly in the areas of painting and drawing. In these I have traditional training and a contemporary art practice to complement these skills. I am interested in teaching contemporary art practice that includes skills that students need to pursue their interests. I have included images from traditional possibilities of teaching anatomy and portraiture for instance.

My methodology is to first break down the reason for needing tutoring, whether it be they are giving everything they have but the teacher isn't seeing it or they need just need help to get started. We then would work on techniques that would be individual to the student whether it be relating it to different subjects or trying different styles that would make them feel more comfortable.
I'm a flexible and patient person to teach students my knowledge and I follow the student school program and expressions. I will guide them and change method and personalize to their level of art. Will provide my skills to the students and also they can bring their piece of art back home.
I am originally from London and have lived in several countries throughout asia. Most of my teaching experience has been with children, I would however also like to work with adults on a one to one basis. Composition, perspective and creativity are all included.
The principle I base my lessons on is not just to teach fine arts, but to inspire a passion for them because that is fundamental to the development of an authentic style in the future. I would like to establish a free creative space while keeping the emphasis on different techniques and artistic mediums to create a broad experience.
A focus on oil painting techniques, drawing and colour theory. Beginning with colour studies and still life drawing, I aim to quickly get you competent at painting from photos or real life. Bring your own materials or a basic set of paint, brushes and materials can be provided.

In college, there was a class, the foundation of creativity. This is a very important lesson for using all kinds of methods to build up something. Hope to accompany with children and teach them how to present something in their imaginary with creativity.
All teaching depends on individuals level and needs. I will design a tutorial package based on person. Always positive reinforcements.
My lessons are geared towards beginners who want to enter the world of animation and comics! My teaching method is very hands on, with a "follow along" structure for the student to learn with their hands. For example, first projects would look like a completed flip book. I believe that every student has their own pace, and it's best to see a student as an individual.
My teaching method is easy as u will be given instruction of what you need to do and I will help out to create most wonderful pieces. You can try your own style as well and I will help out.

With strong inspiration drawn from the diverse natural habitats that flourish on Australia’s east coast, as well as the diverse presentations of the human form, instruction is on a one-to-one or small groups basis - allowing for great flexibility.

I love what I do and embrace my talent! It is an honour to be able to teach my hard work and alow others to enjoy the pleasure of their creativity but most of all do it in a simplified and efficient way rather then the long hard road I had to take! I really love teaching others!
Art can be learnt like any other subject or skill. I have done a lot of drills and taken a lot of lessons to learn how to draw well, and anyone else can do the same thing. I firmly believe that art should be a fun and approachable subject.
